| Fraxinus Mandshurica is one of the three precious hard broadleaf timber species,and also the major planting tree species in northeast of China,which plays an important role in the economic and ecological benefits.Reasonable seedling density and fertilizer application can effectively save forest area,improve the efficiency of the seedlings,improve fertilizer use efficiency and reduce the cost of seedling.This study uses three kinds of density,2 kinds of index of fertilization,observe the changes in the treatment of root biomass and form.To determine the seedings is suitable for density and fertilization.The main results were as follows:(1)There was no significant difference between 200 plants per m2 and 150 plants per m2 in height,ground diameter and biomass But it is significantly higher than 250 plants per m2,respectively,higher than 5%,12.5%and 32.8%;Density of 200 plants per m2 Fraxinus Mandshurica root biomass and root depth are better than the other dimensions,all levels of the distribution of lateral root also showed that the density of 200 plants per m2 under the stability density and root absorption range and biomass were superior to other dimensions.(2)At the end of growth,exponential fertilization and double exponential fertilization are 15.9%,12.7%higher than that of conventional fertilization,In biomass,are 33.4%and 28.6%higher than conventional fertilization.Exponential fertilization and double exponential fertilization in height and biomass had no significant difference(P>0.05);Double exponential fertilization seedling ground diameter is higher than conventional fertilization index by 2.9%,and the conventional fertilization with double index fertilizer there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Although conventional fertilization of net photosynthetic rate than double fertilization and double exponential fertilization,net photosynthetic rate of fertilizer,but there was no significant difference between the three(P>0.05).Comprehensive benefit and growth of seedling,therefore,this study suggests that 200 plants per m2 for planting density of Fraxinus Mandshurica.Although both exponential fertilization and double exponential fertilization effective promoted the biomass accumulation of planting seedlings,improved the nutritional status of seedling and growth effect,but exponential fertilization save cost,reduce the characteristics of environmental pollution.Therefore this study suggested that exponential fertilization as management solution. |
