| The micro tillage machine is a typical small agricultural machinery in the southwest of China.It plays a active role in promoting the level of Agricultural Mechanization in Hilly and mountainous areas.But working environment of the micro tillage machine is harsh,which leads to the unstable performance and the poor reliability.Moverover,the violent vibration of its operation seriously affect the handling comfort of the machine and the service life of the parts.Therefore,it has improtant theorethical significance and demand to research on the performance test and evaluation of the micro tillage machine.Based on Key projects of basic science and frontier technology in Chongqing,in view of the research on the performance of the micro tillage machine are deficient and the problem of intense vibration during operation,using micro tillage machine as an object,the performance of the micro tillage machine is researched by means of experimentation.The main research work is:1.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and motion characteristics of the micro tillage machine,the main factors affecting equivalent torque of rotary tillage cutter shaft and the comfort of the micro tillage are determined.The equivalent torque of rotary tiller and vibration acceleration of the armrest were selected as the test indexes of tillage performance and vibration characteristics.And the test methods are put forward accroding to the test indexes.2.Based on the soil-bin test bed and the experimental index of the tiller’tillage performance,the equivalent torque of rotary tillage shaft,testing system for tillage performance of micro tillage machine has been constructed.According to the principle of dynamic torque calibration test,the dynamic calibration system of the cultivation resistance test system of the micro tillage machine is calibrated,improved the accuracy of the system.3.Through single-factor test and orthogonal test,the influence of tillage conditions and the arrangement of rotary tillage components on the equivalent torque of the rotary tiller shaft was studied.The results showed that,the significant factors affecting the equivalent torque of the rotary tillage cutter shaft of the micro tillage machine include the number of blades,the depth of cultivation and the angle of the two adjacent blades.For this type of micro tillage machine,the optimum parameters of the tillage performance are shown as follow.The number of blade with the same blade is 2.The depth of cultivation is 150mm,and the angle of the adjacent two blades is 51degrees.4 The experimental research on the vibration characteristics of the micro tillage machine is carried out.Based on the selected test indexes of the vibration characteristics of the micro tillage machine and analysis of the evaluation criteria and methods of hand borne vibration measurement,a method of evaluating the hand vibration of a micro tillage machine has been proposed by learning from other related industry standards.And evaluation of hand transmission of micro tillage machine has been finished.The result shows that the results showed that the total daily vibration exposure was 6.21m/s~2,which exceeded the limit of 5m/s~2 specified by the EU directive,which would seriously affect the operator’s health. |
