As the frontier and hot spot in the field of intelligent manufacturing,digital twin has advanced theoretical achievements.As a kind of make full use of the model,data,intelligent and integrated multidisciplinary technology,digital twin can be in the process of whole life cycle of entity object,play bridge and coupling of the physical world and information world,comprehensive system of the unity of the physical world and information world "connection-perception-decision-control" process,provide more real-time,efficient and intelligent service.Now it has been successfully applied in product design,aerospace,workshop,mining,smart city and many other industries.Therefore,starting from the theory and technology of digital twin and combining with the characteristics of micro-rotary cultivator,this paper successfully realized the construction of micro-rotary cultivator cultivation process monitoring system based on digital twin.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In order to realize the function of digital twin micro-rototiller cultivation process monitoring system with real control and virtual control,firstly,it is necessary to realize the perception of the cultivation factor state in the actual micro-rototiller cultivation process,and transfer the perception information to the virtual space.In this paper,the existing data acquisition methods are analyzed,and different types of sensors are used to collect data for different influencing factors.Then the existing information communication methods are analyzed,and the method of using Zig Bee to build wireless sensor network is proposed,so as to realize the information communication of the micro-rotary tiller farming process.(2)The communication between the physical world and the virtual world is realized by combining the virtual and virtual functions of the monitoring system of the cultivation process of the digital twin mini rotary cultivator.Firstly,different types of influencing factors are analyzed in detail,different types of sensors are used for data acquisition,and the data acquisition process is described in detail.Then,by analyzing the existing information communication methods,the paper proposes the method of using Zig Bee to build wireless sensor network to realize the convergence and transmission of sensor data,and realizes the communication between wireless sensor LAN and Internet with the help of intelligent gateway.(3)This paper studied the prediction method of micro-rotary cultivator tillage effect and proposed the method of constructing the decision-making model of micro-rotary cultivator tillage effect by using multiple regression analysis method.For the realization of the cultivation effect decision model is build,structures,micro rotary cultivator cultivation test,the water content on soil quality,soil strength,speed,rotating speed of rotary knife,deep tillage and rotary tillage blade radius of gyration for influence factors of cutting torque,the broken rate of soil and soil support three tillage effect as an index,build the cutting torque and broken rate of soil and soil supportive bivariate regression model.Then the decision model is constructed and verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the average relative error of the model to the cutting torque is 2.87% when the tillage efficiency is satisfied.The average relative error of soil supporting force is7.84%.The mean relative error of soil fragmentation rate is 1.52%.The results show that the decision-making model of micro-rotary cultivator tillage effect has certain accuracy and feasibility.(4)A visual system of digital twin mini rotary tiller tillage process was designed to realize the interaction and integration of actual and virtual tillage.The related functions of the system are analyzed,and the visual system architecture is designed based on C/S architecture,and the communication flow of the system is described.Then the virtual farming scene is built with the help of Unity3 D platform and the construction process is described in detail.Finally,the corresponding UI components are assembled on the basis of virtual farming scene with the help of Unity3 D platform,and the UI components are used to realize the comprehensive and systematic monitoring of the micro-rotary cultivator farming process from the three functional modules of farming effect,state monitoring and state warning.
