Subsoiling technology is a form of conservation farming that is central to the sustainable development of agriculture and humanity.The existing deep loose work tools in the actual farming generally exist farming resistance is relatively large,more mechanical energy consumed,the performance of low work efficiency.The main research focus of this dissertation is how to reduce the farming resistance of deep shovel and improve work efficiency.The study found that the structure of deep shovel shovel the impact of farming on the resistance is very large,so to study the resistance of deep shovel shovel shovel structural features become the main focus of research,to reduce resistance to open up a new road.Based on the characteristics of deep-shovel shoveling resistance and the effect of dragline shovel drag reduction with different capping surface types and the influence of different working parameters on the shovel shovel drag resistance,five typical shovel shovel shovels were designed,in which The main research object is the bionic shovel shovel with the designed bionic variation curvature,and compared with the deep shovel shovel such as straight-line and other typical curved surfaces to analyze the force situation.For the parameters of deep-shovel shovel,when the tillage depths were 220mm,250mm and 280mm,respectively,and the tillage speeds were 4km/h,5km/h and 6km/h respectively,different types of deep shovels were subjected to resistance Comparative analysis,draw deep shovel drag reduction.Based on the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,the interaction between deep shovel and soil was analyzed,the mechanical model was established,the soil cutting process was simulated by deep shovel,and the resistance of deep shovel with different structure was analyzed.Under the field test conditions,bionic variable curvature deep shovels and linear deep-shovels were selected as the control objects.The resistance test was carried out under different tillage depths and tillage speeds by controlling single-factor variables,and the bionic variation rate The resistance of linear deep shovel under the same test conditions is less than that of other types of deep shovels,which has better drag reduction effect.Then,a deep-drag shovel with better drag-reducing effect was taken as the research object to study the influence of the above-mentioned factors on the farming drag by the single-factor test on the factors such as soil entry angle,working speed and farming depth.The results show that the bionic shovel deep shovel has the best drag reduction performance with the lowest farming resistance(1202N)and the deep shovel shovel with the lowest soil drag of 24 °.Field trials showed that different types of deep-shovel shovels had a greater impact on tilling depth and tillage speed during tillage,both of which increased with the tillage depth.However,the bionic deep shovel shovel suffered under the same experimental conditions Tillage resistance is less than the straight-type deep shovel and other types of deep shovel,thus verifying the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software simulation of the deep shovel the correctness of the analysis and content of this paper,the concept of the research direction and design is reasonable Sexuality,feasibility.The research work of this dissertation can provide a theoretical basis for the design of a new deep-shovel shovel and at the same time provide some technical support for the design of shovel shovel structure and the selection of working parameters.
