On the basic of learning Is-dyna keyword manual and ls-dyna materials keyword manual.this paper is study the dynamic analysis of the cutting tool which is the most important part of stump cleaning equipment. This topic to the simulation of soil and wood, gives its constitutive model and parameters, and draw in the luxology modo before processing cutting tool bit model into ANSYS, generate K fiies after modify its material parameters and the contact parameters, the results of kinetics calculation of ls-dyna to import post-processing software for its analysis results.The final design experiments to verified.The simulation results show that cutting soil maximum cutting force of 125 n;Cutting wood maximum cutting force of 150 n.Get with the experimental results of the maximum torque of cutting soil consumption is 25 Nm, maximum cutting force of 125 n;Cutting wood 30 N·in of torque, maximum cutting force 150 n consistent.At the same time, are obtained by the experimental data, the maximum torque of cutting bearing by as the starting Torque. 100 N·m;Cutting head in overcoming bearing friction and the consumption of wind resistance torque to 10N·m.This topic participated in the design of a new cutting root cleaning equipment is suitable for the domestic status of cutting roots;And in the aspect of cutting wood simulation and dynamics simulation made a meticulous research, has carried on the experiment, verified the simulation can replace the experiment to a certain extent, provide the basis for design.
