Research In The Effects On Growing Index And Quality Of Konjak Under Different Formula Fertilization In Santai County

Amorphophalms konjak is a perennial herb.The products made from konjak are extensive used for food,health production,medication and industry.Consequently,Planting konjak is becoming more and more popular in Southeast Asia besides China.The cultivated area is enlarging everyday.Planting konjak has been a promising industry.So far,There are not enough research in formula fertilization and synthesis conclusion of planting konjak.We can not truely know the effects of on growth and quality of konjak under formula fertilization.This experiment is in Santai county,Mianyang city,Sichuan Province.The seed of konjak named Chuhua NO1 for planting experimentally,are divided into 10 parts.Each part is fertilized by different compound mode of fertilizers,triplicate.Based on analyzing soil nutrient content,calculate theamount of different fertilizers.Research in the effects on growing index and quality of konjak under different fertilizer formulas in Santai county,in order to provide reference for planting konjak well.There are the result of research mostly:1.Based on analyzing soil nutrient content,the soil nutrient content as follows:THE PH value of the soil is 6.7,the soil organic horizons is 38.425g/kg,available nitrogen is 123.197mg/kg,available phosphorus is 30.315mg/kg,rapidly available potassium is 85.679mg/kg,total nitrogen is 0.479g/kg,total phosphorus is 917g/kg,total potassium is 30.379g/kg.After analysis,the soil pH value is suitable within the limits of planting konjak well.The values of organic horizons,nitrogen and phosphorus are high.The value of potassium content is in a medium level.2.Insufficiency of nitrogen leads to reduce the plant height,the stem length,the leaf area and the chlorophyll content immensely and reduce the contents of konjac Glucomannan,soluble suger,protein and starch in konjak bulb inmoderately.3.konjak needs few phosphorus.Based on the results after analysis,phosphorus only influences the stem length of konjak.There is no proof that phosphorus influences other growth index and quality values of konjak.4.Insufficiency of potassium leads to reduce the stem length,the leaf area and the content of chlorophyl,reduce the content of konjac glucommannan immensely,and reduce the content of soluble sugar&protein in konjak.Ensure enough potassium in apply fertilizer,we can strengthen the premunition,reduce the morbidity,and increase the yield of konjak.5.The effects of the organic fertilizer depends on whether the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium is insufficiency.All parts of konjak applied by organic fertilizer have higher plant height and longer stem length than the others.In the condition that nitrogen,phosphorus andpotassium are all lacking,apply organic fertilizer only can not influence the plant height of konjak.Wether apply organic influence the leaf area and the content of chorophyll of konjak less than nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.The organic fertilizer influence the content of konjac gulcomannan fanks only second to potassium,influence the content of soluble sugar,protein and starch or not depends on wether nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium is insufficient.6.Apply moderate nitrogen fertilizer,phosphor fertilizer,potassium fertilizer and organic fertilizer to ensure the konjak has alimentation enough,promote the growth and quality,strengthen the premunition,reduce the morbidity,increase the yield,in order to promote the economic interest.In this expriment,part 10 which is applied nitrogen fertilizer,phosphor fertilizer,potassium fertilizer and organic fertilizer gets the best growth and quality of corm,also gets the least morbidity and the maximum yield.
