| The thesis were parts of Anhui Natural Science fundation(11040606M71),The key project of Anhui education department(KJ2008A139)and Special research of national forestry public welfare industry(201404410),strived to analysis the survey data of arthropod community in Baihaozao tea gardens of Hefei in Jiang Huai Region,and enrich the theoretical foundation for IPM of pests.1.The arthropod community was divided into 3 sub-communities:phytophages,predators and parasitorids–neutralityies according to their nutrition and feeding relationship.In 2015,the survey data showed tea plantation arthropod community contained92 species,belonging to 53 families.The relative abundance of predacious subcommunitywas 0.3361.The dominant species of natural enemies wereTetragnatha squamata,Tetragnatha maxillosaand Oxyopes sertatus.The relative abundance of phytophagous subcommunity which occupied the dominant position of arthropod community was 0.4447.And Monolepta hieroglyphica,Empoasca vitis,Brevipalpus obovatus and Toxoptera aurantii were the dominant species.The relative abundance of parasitorids–neutralityies subcommunitywas 0.2192.In 2016,the survey data showed tea plantation arthropod community contained72 species,belonging to 53 families.The relative abundance of predacious subcommunitywas 0.3140.The relative abundance of phytophagoussubcommunitywas0.4579.Therelativeabundanceof parasitorids–neutralityies subcommunitywas 0.2281.2.The t-test analysis was performed to analyze the difference of community characteristic parameters between 2015 and 2016.When df=31,t0.05=2.0392,t0.01=2.7442.The analysis results were the differences of the species S(2.0468),the individual number N(0.8751),the advantages of concentration C(6.1781),the diversity index H’(0.2381),and evenness index J(0.3935)and the dominance D(0.4218)were not significant,but the difference of the species S(2.0468)and the species richness R(2.3878)was significant.The difference ofconcentration C(6.1781)was very significant.The T test result of two years main pests and natural enemies population were that the pests which had significant difference wereCaloptilia theivora(2.2612).The differenceof natural enemies were not significant in 2 years.3.In 2015,the comparison of total community diversity indexof Baihaozao tea garden showedtotalcommunity>predacioussub-community>phytophagous sub-community>parastitoids-neutralities sub-community;the result of 2016 was similar to2015.Thus it showed thatdiversity index had the same varying trend.4.The principal component analysis(PCA)was applied to analyze thecharacteristic parameters of total community and its sub-community.The results indicated that In 2015the contribution of second principal component were 79.9134%,86.3432%,89.1412%and83.9455%;In 2016,the contribution of second principal component were 89.2946%,91.0323%,96.0861%and 83.9455%respectively.The number of species and individuals had larger contribution rate to total community and its sub-community.5.The relationships betweendiversity index and otherecological indexes in every community were analyzed with Pathanalysis.Consequently,in 2015,every ecological index had positivecorrelation with diversity index except the dominance(D),and the correlation coefficients and direct effect of evenness index(J)was the most significant,were 0.99 and 0.8658.In 2016,the same with 2015,the correlation coefficient and direct effect of evenness with species diversity index were 0.9942 and 1.0195.TheR2 jof evenness index(J)in total community and its sub-community were all the biggest,and had the most positivecorrelation with diversity index.6.Thecharacteristic parameters of total community and its sub-community were analyzed with fuzzy Clusteringanalysis.In 2015,the results showed that the total community was divided into 3 clusters when D was 0.9500;the predacious was divided into 4 clusters when D was 0.9000;the phytophagous community was divided into 4clusters when D was 0.9400;the parastitoids-neutralities sub-community was divided into 3clusters when D was 0.8500.And in 2016,the total community was divided into 4 clusters when D was 0.9200;the predacious was divided into 4 clusters when D was 0.9700;the phytophagous community was divided into 4 clusters when D was 0.9200;the parastitoids-neutralities sub-community was divided into 3 clusters when D was 0.9000.7.The optimization partitions method was applied to analyze thecharacteristic parameters of total community and its sub-community.In 2015,the results showed that the total community,predacious,phytophagous,parastitoids-neutralities sub-community could be divided into 7,9,11 and 7 stages and the error function were2.7707,0.4849,0.7828and2.554respectively.In2016,thetotalcommunity,predacious,phytophagous,parastitoids-neutralities sub-community could be divided into 8,8,7 and 8stages and the error function were1.1667,1.1592,0.7828 and 0.9554 respectively.8.Spiders,ladybird and parasitic enemies are the main biological resources ofbiological control of insect pests.In order to reasonable protect and utilize natural enemies for pest control,system survey of main pests and natural enemies was conducted in Baihaozao tea garden.Then the quantity,and the temporal and spatial relationships of 4insect pests with their predators were analyzed using grey relational and ecological niche analyses.In 2015 and 2016:There are 4 species of top 6 nature enemies of Brevipalpus obovatus(Donnadieu)are the same,which areTetragnatha squamata(Karsch),Tetragnatha maxillosa(Thoren),Neoscona theisi(Walckenaer)and Brachymeria obscurata(Walker);There is only Clubiona japonicola(Boes.et Str.)the same,in top 6nature enemies ofMonolepta hieroglyphica(Mots);There are 3 species of top 6 nature enemies of Empoasca vitis(Gothe,1875)are the same,which areBrevipalpus obovatus(Donnadieu),Tetragnatha maxillosa(Thoren),Oxyopes sertatus(L.Koch)and Clubiona japonicola(Boes.et Str.);There are 4 species of top 6 nature enemies of Toxoptera aurantiiare the same,which areToxoptera aurantii,Tetragnatha squamata(Karsch),Theridion octomaculatum(Boes.et Str.),Oxyopes sertatus(L.Koch)and Brachymeria obscurata(Walker)9.The Geostatistics was applied to analyze Brevipalpus obovatus(Donnadieu)and it’s 4 main enemies,and the pest-enemy ranges of spatial dependence(RSDs)were analyzedbygreyrelationalanalysis.Theresultsshowedthat,the Neoscona theisi(Walckenaer)with Brevipalpus obovatus(Donnadieu)in spatial following relationships was the most osculation. |
