G company,as a state-owned enterprise,which the pace of ‘going out' is faster and faster,with the deepening of reform and opening-up and the initiative of ‘one belt,one road'.In addition to the competition of the ship equipment and construction production,the competition of the ‘soft power' is also becoming increasingly important with the core of corporate culture,when competing with others over the world.However,there are some problems about corporate culture construction of G company,failures of brand image communication in the formation of a standardized model,typical models in promotion the corporate mainstream culture,system construction match with cultural concept,and spiritual culture penetration into the marrow of employees.Researches on corporate culture focus more on the related concepts of culture and functions,and has limited reference on how to specifically solve problems of cultural construction in G company.Firstly,the dissertation systematically summarizes the theoretical basis of corporate culture construction and the related concepts and research results of stateowned corporate culture construction.Secondly,it is to analyze the internal and external environment and the content of corporate culture construction in G company.On this basis,the status of corporate culture construction is investigated and analyzed,by the questionnaire and interview,and the analysis tool SPSSv26 and Cronbach's alpha that measures the reliability of the questionnaire,in order to further clarify the direction and focus of corporate culture reform in G company.This dissertation determines the objectives and basic principles of G company about optimizing the corporate culture construction,and then puts forward optimization measures,such as strengthening the construction of brand standardization,giving full play to the development role of behavioral cultural services,standardizing the construction of enterprise system,and improving the participation of employees in corporate culture construction,through in-depth analysis of the causes.Therefore,there are something that can be effectively improved that the corporate culture of G company,and the comprehensive strength in participating in international competition.The study is to provide the theoretical basis for the development of G company,as well as targeted suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development.Meanwhile,the suggestions can serve as reference and guidance for other related enterprises.
