Researches On Process Technology And Fixtures Of Ship Block Off-jig And Fixation

Nowadays,the labor cost of ship industry is getting higher and higher,and so is the requirements for the construction quality,at the same time the price of main ship type such as crude oil tank and bulk carrier is lower and lower in civil ship market.This situation put the civil shipyards to a severe test,energy conservation,quality improvement,cost reduction and efficiency increase are most important works,the important methods are to improve construction technology and to develop the technological equipment.The work of the paper is around the topic of ship block off-jig and fixation to find the problems,the directions and the methods,which can provide reference for shipyards.In this study,based on some large shipyard in China,researches are carried out scientific and reasonable analysis around ship block off-jig and fixation from the point of view of the integration of shell,outfitting and coating,the three main aspects are performed:(1)Study on the influence of ship block off-jig and fixation on construction accuracy.Analyze the accuracy control characteristics of ship block off-jig and fixation,take the block of 300,000 tons VLCC for example,do analysis with FEM(Finite-Element Method),combined with the construction experience and put forward the control measures.(2)Study on the influence of ship block off-jig and fixation on ship outfitting.First,take the 300,000 tons VLCC for example,carry out investigation on ship outfitting,summarize the problems caused by ship block off-jig and fixation on block pre-outfitting.Secondly,analyze the traditional construction site resources,construction characteristics and data.Around ship block off-jig and fixation,optimize the process flow of block construction to solve the problems through the study of the baseplate pre-outfitting,the pre-outfitting supporting tool,and other related management measures.(3)Study on the influence of ship block off-jig and fixation on ship coating.Conduct on-site investigation on the problem of hull coating operation,take the 300,000 tons VLCC for example,carry on the data statistics of the influence by ship block off-jig and fixation,put forward the direction to solve the problem.Design the curved shell plate fixation rack with FEM,select the correct top structure form and bottom bolts and nuts.
