General structure design methods have some limits to fulfill the requirement of complex structure projects, such as super high,large span and big size, which have been developed very fast in recent years. For these complex structure systems of super project, there are more strict rules for deformation control during the construction process. The mechanical simulation analysis for structure construction process became the new research direction for engineers.The structure system of Shanghai World Financial Center is mega-truss concrete core-wall mixed structure, which is the first time to apply on high-rise building, and the building was designed about record high level of 492m. From the point of construction technique , the construction technique of Shanghai World Financial Center contains high-rise building reinforced concrete construction technique,high-rise building steel construction technique and large span steel structure construction technique. Because of these integration construction techniques, the project of Shanghai World Financial Center represents the most advanced techniques in engineering science in the new century. In this paper, there are tow main parts of detailed research, the construction technique and mechanical simulation analysis for structure construction process based on the high-rise building project of Shanghai World Financial Center.This research started at the same time of construction of Shanghai World Financial Center. By taking the advantages of mechanical simulation technique as analysis method, the author compiled special program for construction process simulation to solve the problem met during the real building process. The main achievements in this paper are presenting as follows:For the high-rise building integration construction techniques, the paper analyzed these key parts of vertical transportation system,integral form system,pumping concrete system and perpendicularity control system. Furthermore, the paper studied on special construction process about thick slab welding technique,cast steel site-welding technique and cell cantilever assembly without scaffold technique.In this research the author designed the flow chart of simulation analysis, which based on the passed study results of high-rise building erection process analysis. Then the author compiled program for the specific erection technique of"core building in first method". In the program the author considered the influences of"construction adjusting", the concrete shrinkage and creep effects. Furthermore,the program can be used to evaluate the different construction method.The research has successfully finished the vertical deformation simulation analysis of main tower in 1~91 story during erection. There are elevation differences between design state and real building state, and the elevation differences also exist between core-wall and outside mega-truss structure because of construction method and load scale difference. The paper compared simulation analysis results with the results by using general calculation, moreover detailed analyzing the vertical deformation under different construction plan.By taking the advantage of the simulation analysis the author studied on how the outrigger fixation time effects the vertical deformation difference.The research developed the mechanical simulation pre-arch technique for large span steel structure and assembly process analysis.The steel structure simulation analysis contains tow parts: the belt truss pre-arching calculation; the numerical simulation analysis of top steel structure (the moon door) assembly process and pre-arching control calculation. According to datum taking form the real building process the results of simulation analysis have much higher precision, proving the reliability of simulation analysis.The major contents of this research came from the technique difficulties of real construction process, and the special mechanical simulation calculation successfully gave the scientific reference solution. In this paper the author struggled to establish"a special bridge"between structure analysis and construction techniques, pushing the construction science developing from the traditional"experience"method to the future"experience and datum"method.
