Schedule Control Study Of Jiaxing DFHY

Project schedule control is one of the important control objectives of construction project management,whether its implementation is successful or not,the final goal of project will be effected directly.The progress of the project has even become an important indicator for the construction projects of most construction companies when the construction technology is getting better and better now.Therefore,it is a difficult point for many engineering projects to realize the optimization of project progress control through scientific methods.This paper is based on the Jiaxing DFHY construction project.Submit questions by analyzing the current status of the project's current schedule control,at the same time,research on the schedule control management process of Jiaxing DFHY project by using the theory and method of schedule control.The article introduces the project overview first,including the project background,construction conditions,project organization and construction preparation,then decomposed the work structure.Secondly,the status quo of Jiaxing DFHY project schedule control is analyzed in detail.From the establishment of the schedule control plan to take a detailed discussion on the schedule control of the whole process of Jiaxing DFHY project construction.Then,the problems of the progress control of Jiaxing DFHY project are put forward,and the influencing factors are analyzed through the induction.Finally according to the project schedule control management problems are analyzed and put forward the implementation of safeguard measures like establishment of guarantee measures for scientific progress plan,including establishment of guarantee mechanism and quality assessment system,strengthening contract management;Safeguard measures and labor force guarantee measures for optimizing main turnover materials and construction machinery are put forward too.The study of progress control is of great significance to ensure the successful completion of the project as planned and improve the overall economic benefits,and this paper provides some references for the follow-up study of project schedule control through the analysis of actual projects at the same time.
