Study On The Impact Evaluation Of Safety Accidents On Reputation Of Construction Enterprises

As an intangible capital,reputation plays a vital role in the construction and operation of construction enterprises and their future development.A good reputation contributes to the establishment of corporate image and the shaping of the brand.However,after the occurrence of a security accident,the reputation of the construction company will inevitably be negatively affected to some extent.Although this kind of impact is difficult to express in the form of money,It is a big hidden danger for enterprises.How to evaluate the impact or loss of safety accidents on the reputation of construction companies is a problem worthy of attention.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:First of all,the connotation of reputation and the reputation of construction enterprise is comprehensively combed and the reputation of construction enterprise and the reputation loss of safety accidents are defined.The reputation loss of safety accidents is divided into enterprise qualification loss,enterprise performance loss,enterprise reputation loss and enterprise social relationship loss.Then,by drawing on the research result of enterprise reputation evaluation index,construction enterprise reputation evaluation index,construction enterprise brand evaluation index and all kinds of non?economic loss evaluation indicators and other research results,The three?level evaluation index system of safety accident reputation loss in construction enterprises is constructed.The validity and reliability of the index system are analyzed by questionnaire method,and the index system is optimized.The evaluation criteria of quantitative and qualitative indexes are also explored.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the common comprehensive evaluation methods at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of the evaluation index of reputation loss of safety accident,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of TFN?AHP? for evaluating reputation loss of safety accident is put forward.Based on the actual accident cases,the TFN?AHP? fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the reputation loss of the construction enterprises caused by the safety accident,and the feasibility and rationality of the evaluation method are verified.The research results show that the safety accident has a great influence on the reputation of construction enterprises.The conclusion can be used as the basis for government departments to formulate relevant policies and regulations and enterprise safety investment and performance analysis,thereby improving the efficiency of government safety supervision.Improving the effect of enterprise safety supervision is helpful to construct the safe production environment of construction industry and promote the healthy and sustainable development of construction industry.
