Under the condition that modern industrial machinery and equipment such as reaction kettle require zero leakage and withstand pressure fluctuations,a new labyrinth magnetic fluid combined sealing liquid device is designed to meet the sealing requirements of complex working conditions.The feasibility of labyrinth magnetic fluid combination seal is analyzed theoretically,and its sealing performance is simulated and experimentally studied.Through literature review,it is found that the traditional labyrinth magnetic fluid combination seal is mainly aimed at the condition of step shaft,and the labyrinth space formed by pole shoe,magnet and step shaft is not the proportion parameter of traditional design tooth shape of labyrinth seal,so the throttling performance of labyrinth is poor.In order to use magnetic fluid seal in the environment of pressure fluctuation of sealing medium,a new labyrinth magnetic fluid combination seal structure is designed in this paper.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the working principle and sealing form of labyrinth seal and magnetic fluid seal,the structure of labyrinth magnetic fluid combined seal is designed,and the material object is processed.(2)According to the boundary condition of magnetic fluid sealing,the pressure resistance formula of magnetic fluid is derived.(3)The magnetic field of the combined seal is simulated by ANSYS.The distribution diagram of magnetic field line,cloud diagram of magnetic induction intensity and the distribution diagram of magnetic induction intensity in the seal gap are obtained.The rationality of the designed combined seal structure is verified,and the theoretical maximum pressure resistance value of the combined seal structure is calculated.(4)FLUENT software is used to simulate the flow field of combined seal and single magnetic fluid seal.The influence of pressure and rotating speed on the interface of seal was obtained.Compared with the single magnetic fluid seal,the self-healing ability of the combined seal is better,and the contact interface is more stable.(5)Completed the construction of the combined seal experimental platform,on this basis,the experimental research was carried out.The total pressure resistance of the labyrinth magnetic fluid composite seal is 142 k Pa.(6)The seal life of the combined seal and the single magnetic fluid seal is studied.The results show that the seal life of the designed labyrinth magnetic fluid combined seal is 12% longer than that of the single magnetic fluid seal.(7)The results show that the self-healing ability of labyrinth magnetic fluid composite seal is better than that of single magnetic fluid seal.48 figures,13 tables,54 references.
