With the rapid development of infrastructure in China,the construction of long-span suspension bridges is increasing.In order to meet the capacity of the railway suspension bridge,the highway railway bridge sharing resources and the need for more traffic lanes,the bridge section beam is more and more serious,so the construction of main girder of suspension bridge with special deck erection gantry equipment for tonnage growing demand from a single five hundred tons lifting capacity up to one thousand tons or so.In addition,because of the limitation of the installation condition or the hoisting working condition,it is often necessary to use the deck erection gantry.The deck erection gantry is a kind of special equipment which is based on the main cable of the suspension bridge.It is very important for the reliability and safety of the construction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and practical value to develop a new type of deck erection gantry with high reliability and large tonnage,which has the ability of two-way walking on cable and high automation.This paper takes Yang Shi Gang Yangtze River Bridge as the engineering background,using finite element technology,steel structure design theory,dynamics theory,the finite element software ANSYS and Solidworks software as a means,on the basis of studying the classical literature of deck erection gantry.Design for large tonnage cable hoisting equipment for two-way walking Yangtze River Bridge of stiffening girder crane load.It provides a good reference for the design and analysis of the long span suspension bridge girder crane:(1)The construction scheme of Yang Shi Gang Yangtze River Bridge girder stiffening girder overall engineering background,on the basis of summarizing the main design schemes of different types of deck erection gantry in China,to determine the overall design scheme and technical performance parameters of the two-way cable crane used for hoisting of super large tonnage stiffening girder.Finally,the structure design of the new cable crane is completed,prototype model for OVM-LZDJ13000 deck erection gantry.(2)The virtual prototype model of OVM-LZDJ13000 deck erection gantry is established by using 3D design software Solidworks,combined with the actual condition of crane beam construction process analysis,ANSYSY finite element theory,reliability theory and contact theory of steel truss of the most unfavorableconditions of static analysis,reliability analysis and the overall space walking mechanism of walking mechanism and working conditions,the main cable contact stress analysis.(3)Modal analysis of cable crane using ANSYS Workbench,extraction of natural frequencies and mode shapes,combined with the dynamic stiffness distribution of the structure and the vertical natural frequency of the concern,it is an important reference and suggestion for the construction of the actual stiffening girder,the setting of the time step of the transient dynamic analysis and the protection of the crane operator.(4)The use of ANSYS Workbench of vertical lifting beam process for structural transient dynamic analysis of the process of vertical lifting beam,using MATLAB to draw the stress time response curves of different structural modules of steel truss and the structural stress,displacement,acceleration time response curve.The influence of different external excitation time on the dynamic load coefficient of the structure and the comparison of the static and dynamic response values are discussed.
