Self-anchored suspension bridges have been built more and more in our country in recent years and are becoming more long in the span and large in the scope. To ensure self-anchored suspension bridges'getting to the state of completed bridge safely and accurately, and to cooperate with self-anchored suspension bridges construction, the structure analysis and the techniques of construction control on self-anchored suspension bridges are paid more and more attention. The paper summarizes and compares with the exitent analysis theories on suspension bridges(the theory of elasticity,the theory of deflection and the theory of finite displacement), chooses the more advanced,high precision,more applicable theory of finite displacement, combines Co-rotation formulation to analyse self-anchored suspension bridges, deduces tangent stiffness matrix of the beam elements,the link elements,the catenary elements and the catenary elements with rigid cantilever, and builds the theory model that variation of saddle tangent points, the offset of the saddle, the withdraw of the temporary bracket and the construcion process are taken into consideration. Base on rational analysis model, comfirmation of suspenders drawing and adjusting of construction divergency are discussed. The stress of stiffening-girder in self-anchored suspension bridges is related with the hanger force, the rational finished state must be gained the same as cable-stayed bridges, the methods of the stiffness holding continous beam and the least bending energy are put forward for gaining the rational completed state of self-anchored suspension bridges in the paper. Base on the fact that erection parameters including the hanger force,the location of the hanger(rope clip),the location of the stiffening-girder,line shape of the cable,the location of the saddle and so on in the completed state are taken as iterative goal , the increment and iterative mixed method and the method of supposition to account to comparation are used, and construction analysis ahead is applied, the author writes the design and the structure analysis program of self-anchored suspension bridges, and a lot of examples are investigated in order to verify the program. At last, taking Foshan Pingsheng bridge as example, the erection parameters are calculated and the construction stages are simulated.
