With the rapid development of China's modern rotary transmission transportation machinery industry,thrust sliding bearings as a key component in rotating machinery,it will have an important impact on the good operation of the machine.Since many machines have requirements for high speed and high load capacity of thrust sliding bearings,and as the lubrication failure of thrust sliding bearings increases,the research on the lubrication performance of thrust sliding bearings becomes more and more important.In this paper,the fluid-solid coupling method is used to analyze the three-dimensional model of thrust sliding bearing,oil film and shoulder under the consideration of the viscosity-temperature effect of lubricating oil,and the bearing capacity of different structures and different working conditions is obtained.The bearing capacity formed by the oil film is formed by the wedge-shaped gap between the thrust bearing bush and the shoulder,so through reading the literature,a variable-pitch helical-surface thrust bearing is proposed.By analyzing the different instantaneous lead bearings,when the instantaneous lead is 2.1,the sliding bearing can obtain a greater bearing capacity,and at the same time,it analyzes the different surface-to-surface ratios.It is concluded that when the surface-to-surface ratio is 0.77,the sliding bearing can achieve the maximum bearing capacity;The same instantaneous lead,different film thickness,different speed and different wattage sliding bearings were analyzed,and it was concluded that the smaller the oil film thickness,the higher the speed,the greater the bearing capacity,and when the wattage is 6,the total bearing of the sliding bearing the force reaches the maximum.Finally,friction and wear experiments were carried out on the optimal structure of variable-helical curved plane bearing thrust bearings and inclined plane bearing thrust bearings.By comparing the friction coefficient curves and lubricating oil temperature rise under the same speed and different load and different speed and same load conditions,It is concluded that the variable spiral curved plane bearing is better than the inclined plane bearing.
