With the continuous development of global economic integration,especially the rapid development of China automobile market,it has attracted many enterprises to join the competition into the auto and auto parts market of China,within this competition,technology and cost has become two important factors.Although the technology in European and the United States' company is rather more advance,but with China's demographic dividend subsided,labor costs increased sharply,how to reduce operating costs has become the top priority of most enterprises.This article researches the internal logistics based on product assembly workshop of B company,and using lean production ideas and tools on line material work contents to optimize the raw materials supplement which achieved good results.This paper introduces the source of the research topic and the research results of internal and external logistics of enterprises,and explains the current situation of the research object and the expected goal.Also the paper introduces some related theories of internal logistics,including the JIT production mode,calculation method of Kanban,two kinds of basic concepts of internal logistics in addition,POUP and Milkrunner,finally introduces the concept of supermarket.Besides,it introduces the research object of the production area and the current status,analysis of the content of the work of the material,to find out the problems and improvement points.With the introduction above,the paper explains the improvement point of the internal logistics with industrial engineering technique and the concept of lean production in research object region,including optimized and re arranged the work content of material.This part also introduces the electronic Kanban system,by which reduced transportation time so as to reduce the safety inventory level on production line supper market;finally all the improved point was standardized,so that employees could working according to the standard file for continuous operation,and also it will be a help of further improvement in shop floor,in the end it clearly shows that with all these improvement,it achieves the goal of enterprises expectation at the beginning of the article.
