With the development of China's nuclear power industry,nuclear power projects such as CAP1400,EPR,AP1000,ACR50 S and other types of reactors and different technical standard s have been put into production,and nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprises are f acing enormous challenges,especially the progress management.The main products for D company are nuclear island products and conventional nuclear islandproducts.Due to the frequent changes in upstream technical documents,the lag of raw m aterial procurement progress,and the inability of the progress management method to adapt to the development characteristics of the project,the actual progress of most projects has a certa in deviation from the schedule.For nuclear power plant main equipment manufacturing proje cts with strict management,complicated procedures,long manufacturing cycle and complicat ed interface relationship,how to ensure the actual progress of the project can be carried out ac cording to the expected target plan,so as to meet the contract requirements and the needs of th e owners,is the basis for company' faster and better development.This paper takes D company's nuclear power equipment as the research object,introduces the nuclear power project management,nuclear power project schedule management,nuclear power project schedule and control methods,and sorts out the challenges and opportunities faced by the nuclear power industry.On the basis of this,through the research on the progress control of the F nuclear power project carried out after the company won the bid,it is analyzed that the main problems of the D company are the low completion rate of the schedule,the lack of systematicity of the sub-program,and the low customer satisfaction.The project schedule and control are optimized by using the critical path method,WBS work structure decomposition,Gantt chart method,and application integration plan.Through the implementation of a series of improvement measures such as integration planning,schedule grading,point control,and critical path,the company's project schedules have been significantly improved,program consistency has been stronger,and customer satisfaction has been continuously improved.Although this paper takes the F nuclear power project as a research basis,it proposes an effective solution to the work of D company by proposing a solution to the problem,and provides an effective reference for its schedule control management.
