Study On Schedule Management For Nuclear Power Pump Research Project Based On The Critical Chain Technology

The project schedule management in design & manufacture project of S company's charging pump is studied in this paper.Based on the critical chain technology and project management process of S company,the deeply analysis and improvement proposal is performed in the design & manufacture project of charging pump.Meanwhile,using the buffer management to track and control the project progress,and achieve the effective control of project progress.The demand and project management status of China's nuclear equipment at home and aboard are introduced.This paper also introduced the development of the schedule management at home and aboard.Then the project management process of S company is introduced.And based on the design & manufacture project of S company's charging pump,the project delay reason is analyzed.Meanwhile use the critical chain method,identify the critical chain and find out the resource constraint so as to re-arrange the schedule for the design and purchase& manufacture phase for the project.In addition,based on the actual situation,buffer is input to protect the safety time.And through the observation of buffer time consumption,the project schedule can be tracked.In the end,it summarizes some problems of S company in project management and puts forward suggestions for improvement.At the same time to the domestic nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprises,the suggestion of project management improvement is given.
