Since the reform and opening up,the fast-growing economy has greatly improved the people's living standards. However,in the process of urbanization, urban construction land has not only expanded outward to the surrounding natural space, but also internally eroded non-construction land within the city, causing urban environmental pollution.Issues such as reduced biodiversity. The space occupied by urban development affects the function and configuration of existing green infrastructure. The function of green infrastructure is gradually weakened and the structure is gradually unbalanced. At present, the green infrastructure that provides the function of ecosystem services can no longer meet the needs of urban ecological security and the growing and changing human spirit in the urban development process.Based on this, this paper constructs an urban green infrastructure network construction framework based on multi-functional evaluation, associates the function and structure of green infrastructure, and couples functions and structures to construct an urban green infrastructure network,in order to adapt to the urban green infrastructure network. The city is smartly growing and improving the urban living environment. The main research and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)Constructing a model of urban green infrastructure network construction based on multi-functional evaluation, through functional integration and structural adjustment to solve the problem of urban green infrastructure function weakening and structural imbalance.Firstly, based on the human demand perspective, the green infrastructure function was selected, and the biodiversity conservation function, soil conservation function, water conservation function, climate regulation function, landscape recreation function and historical and cultural protection function were selected for evaluation, and then the integrated green infrastructure function was selected. The evaluation results adjust the network structure through the re-identification of structural elements, promote the functional integration by constructing network partitions, and finally couple the functional partitions and network structure to construct the urban green infrastructure network.(2)Taking Anqing City as a case for multi-functional evaluation, the study found that:(1)In spatial distribution: the spatial distribution of various functional functions in Anqing City is different, biodiversity conservation function, climate regulation function, soil conservation function and water source The conservation function is “Northern and Strong South”,while the historical and cultural protection function shows the trend of “strong middle and strong weak”.(2)In spatial agglomeration: although there are clusters in all functional spaces in Anqing City,However, the spatial distribution of each functional function is different.Among them, the spatial distribution of biodiversity conservation function, climate regulation function, water conservation function and landscape recreation function is characterized by high agglomeration and low and low agglomeration, while soil retention function and The historical and cultural protection functions are mainly based on high agglomeration;(3)in terms of spatial correlation: there are spatial correlations among the functions of Anqing City, and there are 9 pairs of functions with significant positive correlation, respectively. And climate regulation functions, water conservation functions, landscape recreation functions;climate regulation functions and soil conservation functions,Source Conservation Function, historical and cultural protection;soil conservation and landscape features recreational function;water conservation and landscape features recreational function, historical and cultural protection. There are only three pairs of weak negative correlations, namely historical and cultural protection functions and biodiversity conservation functions, landscape recreation functions and climate regulation functions, historical and cultural protection functions and soil conservation functions.(4)In terms of spatial importance: the spatial importance distribution of the comprehensive functions of Anqing City shows that the high service functional areas are mainly concentrated in Dalongshan and Baizishan. The distribution of higher service functional areas is in addition to the high service functional area in the Yangtze River. There are scattered spots in Shitang Lake and Lake Breaking Lake, and the green infrastructure function in Anqing City is concentrated in the middle service function and low service function, which account for more than 50% of the urban area.(3)On the basis of multi-functional evaluation, the green infrastructure network elements and functional divisions of Anqing City were identified, and the green infrastructure network of Anqing City was constructed by coupling structural elements and functional partitions. The results of the construction show that there are 6 types of network centers according to functional divisions. In the spatial distribution, the network centers in the northern part of the city are the most abundant, covering biodiversity conservation, water conservation, soil conservation and climate regulation. The distribution corridor is concentrated in the southeast of the city, connecting the Yangtze River and the northern lake. The key ecological nodes 41 are mainly distributed in the central city and the connection between the peripheral network centers. On the basis of network construction, the implementation strategy of green infrastructure network in Anqing City is proposed from five aspects: network protection priority, connectivity optimization landscape pattern, mining complex multi-functional value, integration into relevant planning and strengthening cross-sector cooperation.Effective implementation of the network and the functioning of the network.
