The Lanzhou-Wulumuqi High-speed Railway adopted the "unit-like" CRTS I type double-block ballastless track structure in the in the subgrade,and a large number of polyurethane joint materials are used.Simultaneously,Lanzhou-Wulumuqi High-speed Railway is located in high-altitude areas,with distinctive features such as strong wind,drought and large temperature difference,which makes the maintenance and repair of ballastless track have its particularity.In this paper,the author combined the characteristics of Lanzhou-Wulumuqi High-speed Railway ballastless track structure and the actual maintenance demand,and carried out research in the aspects of the ballastless track structure damage type,the damage change law of ballastless beds,the repair technology of the cracks and polyurethane joint materials in the strong wind and large temperature difference area of the plateau.Research and improve the repair technology of high-speed railway ballastless beds under special circumstances.Based on the investigation of the damage status of the Lanzhou-Wulumuqi High-speed Railway double-block ballastless track structure,to master the damage status of the ballastless track in the strong wind and large temperature difference area of the plateau,and focuses on the structural characteristics of the CRTS I double-block ballastless track of Lanzhou-Wulumuqi High-speed Railway,the typical damage types and disease characteristics of the ballastless track.Tracking detection of cracks and damage joint materials in the ballastless beds with typical environmental features was selected to study the development of ballastless track damage in the strong wind and large temperature difference area of the plateau.On the basis of mastering the characteristics of the ballastless track structure in the strong wind and large temperature difference area of the plateau,with the goal of completing the repair work in "maintenance window time" and meeting the operational requirements after the "maintenance window time",proposed the technical requirements of repairing the ballastless track structural damage in the strong wind and high temperature difference area of the plateau.Through the on-site repair test,process summary and repair effect tracking of various crack repair materials,compared and studied the repair effects of different repair materials and processes.By practicing and summarizing,proposed the repairing method,repairing material and repairing process of the CRTS I type double-block ballastless track,which is suitable for the strong wind and large temperature difference area of the plateau,instruct the maintenance work.This have certain practical value for the maintenance of the ballastless track in the strong wind and large temperature difference area of the plateau.
