In recent years,with the gradual expansion of China's urban scale,the demand for commuter trip is increasing,and the scale of urban public transport network is increasing.Urban public transport is not only a public welfare undertaking concerning the people's livelihood of the country,but also an important infrastructure of the city.However,the normal operation of the public transport system is vulnerable to vehicle failures and accidents.After the vehicle breaks down,it will have a great impact on the whole public transport system and the driving of social vehicles,and may even cause secondary accidents.Therefore,this paper studies the configuration and layout of emergency rescue service points for normal bus transit,rationally arranges service points and resources,systematizes and networked the layout problem,so as to improve the service capacity of the rescue system,provide efficient and convenient rescue services,minimize the negative impact of anchorage,and effectively guarantee the stability and smooth of the urban traffic system.Firstly,on the basis of data investigation and related literature analysis,the source,types and characteristics of normal bus transit failures are analyzed.This paper summarizes the contents,methods and procedures of emergency rescue for bus failures,analyses the existing problems of emergency rescue system for bus failures,and proves the necessity of establishing emergency rescue service system for bus failures.This paper makes a network analysis of the urban normal bus transit emergency rescue system and determines the network edge set.the concept of multi-level service point is proposed and the location of demand points is determined.the weights of demand points are determined by studying the impact of faults on the bus system and social vehicles.Secondly,this paper analyses the rescue process and the time of each rescue stage,studies the driving process of emergency rescue vehicles,estimates the travel time of sections based on the fuzzy theory,analyses the weight of sections in the rescue network,and solves the shortest path problem to determine the travel time of rescue.The location principle and influencing factors of alternative sites are analyzed.Based on the existing location model,combined with the characteristics and ideas of bus emergency location,a multi-objective model is constructed.The location method of emergency rescue service points is analyzed,and the layout methods of service points at all levels are determined respectively.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.At last,the bus line network of Songyuan city is taken as an example to carry out the study.The location schemes under different decision preferences are proposed,and their service performance is compared and analyzed with the current layout scheme of rescue stations,which verifies the validity and feasibility of the study.
