With the rapid development of permanent magnet synchronous motor control technology and the extensive use of sightseeing elevators,permanent magnet synchronous motors are increasingly used in elevator systems.In order to have excellent control performance,mechanical position sensors are often used to detect rotor position and speed information,but in actual use,position sensors are difficult to maintain and have low reliability.In order to overcome the disadvantages of the mechanical sensor itself to obtain better control effects,it is necessary to control the position sensor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor for elevator drive.Due to the high cost and high cumbersomeness of the elevator control system,this paper discusses the position sensorless control strategy of the permanent magnet synchronous motor of the elevator.The main discussion is the position sensorless control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the rotating high frequency voltage signal injection method.Strategy.This time,the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor is used.The beginning part of this paper mainly discusses the method of position sensorless control and divides it into the methods used in the middle and high speed and low speed sections.The mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor in different coordinate systems is built,and vector control is adopted.The method is to regulate the elevator.Secondly,the core content is to explain the basic theory of the frequency signal injection method.The high-frequency voltage injection method is used in the low-speed domain,and the adaptive adjustment of the position is introduced by using the high-frequency current component of the estimated synchronous rotating coordinate system,and the rotor position detection and the saturation of the magnetic circuit are performed according to the mechanism of the method used.The rotor position observer is designed,the signal demodulation module is improved,and the final result is simulated.The sliding mode observer is used at medium or high speeds and the theory of its design and sliding mode is described.One of the methods cannot be used to accurately control the full speed segment,so the two methods need to be combined by a weighting function,so that a smoother transition between the two methods can be achieved to control the rotor position and speed.Finally,In MATLAB,the sliding mode observer and the composite control are simulated and compared.Through the final waveform,it can be seen that there is no large fluctuation in the transition between the two methods,so that the composite canbe used.The method can improve the accurate control and tracking performance of the motor.The simulation experiment curve shows that the elevator position sensorless control method studied in this paper can achieve good control of the elevator and has good reference value.Figure [87] Table [8] Reference [63]...
