According to a report released by the National Cardiovascular Center in 2017,stroke has become the leading cause of death among urban and rural residents.The elderly over the age of 60 are high-risk people with cardiovascular diseases.The problem of aging in China is increasing.Not only that,but China still has a large population base.,uneven development,and many infrastructures and services are still not perfect,especially In the field of stroke rehabilitation,there are currently lack of basic nursing staff and rehabilitation physicians,imperfect professional rehabilitation facilities,and insufficient innovation and design capabilities of rehabilitation products.The status quo of rehabilitation nursing can not be changed overnight,and the improvement of the system needs to be gradual,but the design and development of a new product is relatively shorter and faster.This research aims to design a hand rehabilitation product for stroke patients in response to social needs.The research ideas of the subject are:understanding the research status of this field in the field through reading the relevant literature;studying the relevant theory of hand rehabilitation as the necessary knowledge reserve,especially introducing the concept of music therapy,and proposing new ideas for initiative music therapy;mining patients' needs for rehabilitation through interviews,questionnaires,and field research;and finally design the glove,including functional prototypes,appearance,and structural design.According to this research idea,a portable wearable household hand rehabilitation product was finally designed to solve the problems of lack of guidance,boring training and unintuitive training effect during the rehabilitation process.The product includes a wearable glove section and a software system.The software system is designed for rehabilitation coaching,patient communication,and patient communication.Wearable gloves have built-in sensors to sense the movements of the hand and provide feedback on sound and lighting for fun training purposes.The product has two training modes.In stand-alone mode,the patient only uses gloves to train,can play simple music,or play according to instructions.In the external mode,the patient performs rehabilitation game training through computer equipment.Multiple modes give patients more choices.After the prototype design was completed,the product was tested for usability by recruiting volunteers using functional prototypes.and the feasibility of the product was evaluated by near-infrared cerebral oxygen equipment.In general,this project designed and developed an innovative hand rehabilitation training product.With the help of wearable technology,the training method is more novel,interesting and intelligent than the traditional way,solve the problems of traditional rehabilitation methods such as boring training and inefficiency.By introducing the concept of active music therapy,the rehabilitation of products is more scientific.However,the function of the product is currently limited to the training of the finger,the training content needs to be expanded,and the rehabilitation effectiveness of the product still needs to cooperate with the hospital to do deeper research and experimental verification of a larger sample.
