Process Function Analysis And Process Trimming Of Process-oriented Problem Solving

Process trimming is a tool extended by trimming to analysis and solve problem in TRIZ,the analysis method and tool removes the operation existing problems and redefines process problems,solve the problem by using existing resources to get innovation solution.In order to improve the production process of products,solve the problems in the production process,in this paper,it constructs a systematic problem-solving process model of process.The process model can analyze the operation in the process,identify the key problems of process and solve the process problem in the way of process trimming.Finally,citing the process of horizontal-belt type drum pasting machine as an example of innovative design and testify the validity of the process model.The research mainly include the following aspects:1.In this paper,process is defined completely and classified perfectly by analyze the characteristics of the specific processes in various industries,summarize the definition of process in the existing literature.The 6 elements of the process system are analyzed for actual process,which are customer,value,input,activity,the interaction between activity and output.Subsequently,the process chart is built on this basis.According to the process chart,the 6 characteristics of the process system are examined,which are objective,inwardness,integrity,dynamics,hierarchy and structural property.Ultimately,the process function analysis model is established.2.By examining the characteristics of each categories' useful function,based on the principle of trimming rule extraction--the resource consumption is reduced after trimming,based on the trimming execution mode and implementation mode,process trimming rules are proposed.Furthermore,the massive examples can carry out the applicability of these process trimming rules.3.The tools as effect database,FOS and resource analysis,are used to transform the vague solution of trimming model into a real solution,the invention principle of TRIZ tools is integrated with process trimming to solve the existing problems of the solution,obtaining the final solution system then.The problem-solving process model of process based on process trimming rules assist the designer to solve the process problem.The model is divided into four stages: process identification,process analysis,process trimming and conceptual solution.The process trimming phase includes the content of process trimming rules and the selection process.4.With the process function analysis and process trimming,the process of horizontal-belt type drum pasting machine is innovative design.Based on the actual situation of plate coating in the horizontal-belt type drum pasting machine,it analyze the plate pasting process.As the problem-solving process model of process,the belt roller pasting machine is set up.And the efficiency of the problem-solving process model of process raised in this paper are verified from the above-mentioned examples.
