The cogeneration power plant generate a lot of condenser heat released by the steam engine in production.This part of low-grade thermal power is huge,but it's difficult to be used in actual production.In addition to some of the direct discharge of once-through seawater to the ocean,thermal power is released into the atmosphere by introducing circulating water into the cooling tower,which results in the environment thermal pollution and energy waste problem.The method of recycling waste heat of circulating water in thermal power plant using lithium bromide absorption heat pump,utilizes this part of the cryogenic heat for recycle,and introduces the recycling heat into a conventional heat-supply system,which provides a new way for energy conservation and emission reduction of thermal power units.In present work,the steel plant uses the waste heat in the plant as steam source to drive the heat pump rather than use a single steam turbine circulating water heat pump for heating in other projects.Morever,it supplies heat by a combination way of the low vacuum heating and the heating system of steam circulating water heat pump.According to the external environment parameters and the feedback of heating system steam,the turbine adjusts extraction steam to improve enterprise energy efficiency.First of all,the analysis of the feasibility of the absorption heat pump application in the plant is done in this research.Secondly,the total amount of steam that can be displaced is calculated.Based on this,a series of the heating system thermal calculation,including the heat-supply piping network,the steam turbine under variable conditions,the absorption heat pump,the return and so on,is carried out to select the equipments.Then,the heating water supply temperature,the vapor temperature and the outgassing range of the heat pump system are investigated.In the case of avoiding crystallization,the economic ratio of value analysis is proposed to intuitively reflect the pros and cons of heat pump system.Finally,some diagrams of detailed engineering system are given and the economic benefits are evaluated.Above all,it's found that the application of absorption heat pump technology in the waste heat utilization project can dramatically improve the enterprise energy utilization efficiency and reduce energy loss and pollutant emission.In other words,it answers to the national policy of energy-saving and emission reduction.The appropriate linkage heating and adjustment methods,with low pollution and high efficiency,are adopted by taking the thermal power plant capabilitie and the national access policies into account.So a linkage operation mode between steel enterprises and municipal heating is proposed in the present investigation.
