Vocational education has achieved great development under the country's high priority and has become an important part of education.Secondary vocational education has also developed rapidly under this opportunity,especially in scale and quantity,and has made important contributions to the development of the local economy and even the country's economy.With the transformation of the national economy,the development of secondary vocational education must also change from quantitative and scale to improving the quality of running a school.Secondary vocational schools mainly cultivate skilled workers who can understand skills.Practical training is an important way to cultivate students' mastery of skills.Improving the quality of practical training is one of the important conditions for improving the quality of running a school.As the third largest automobile city in the country,Liuzhou ranks third in the country for consecutive years in sales of automobiles.Secondary vocational education serves local enterprises,which has created the automotive profession to become a more popular major in secondary vocational schools,and in turn has made great contributions to the economic development of the region.With the transformation of enterprises into information,lean,and intelligent,the existing practical teaching platform and teaching mode of the vocational school of the vocational school of the vocational schools have been insufficient,which is mainly manifested in several aspects: First,the training platform is backward and cannot be updated in time.Second,the teaching mode is rigid,pertinence and adaptability are not strong;Third,there are too few practical training spaces,and students do not have enough time for hands-on operations;Fourth,students' professional awareness and professional quality cultivation are not given sufficient attention;Fifth,teachers' professional ability.Weak,lack of teachers.These problems have a serious impact on the quality and efficiency of the professional training and training of automotive professionals,and also constrain the healthy development of the automotive profession in secondary vocational schools,and ultimately lead to the inability to adapt to the economic development.This study is based on the investigation and interviews of some influential secondary vocational schools in the city and the district.Based on the actual situation of the school's automotive professional teaching,we will adopt some practical and practical measures to innovate education and teaching for the highlighted problems.The management mode includes building an advanced training teaching platform,constructing a new teaching model,taking course as the core,optimizing teaching content,and developing teaching resources;starting from perfecting student evaluation system,achieving multiple reviews and improving the quality of automotive professional training.Through exploration,research and teaching practice,information feedback from employing units as well as subjective and objective evaluation of students prove that the research and reform practice can improve the quality and effectiveness of practical training for automotive professionals.This fully shows that: as long as the analysis,exploration and research of the characteristics of the curriculum or professional,you can always find a suitable teaching model to enhance teaching effectiveness and teaching quality.
