The assembled modular light steel structure has short construction period,good anti-seismic performance,and economical environment protection.Its enclosed structure has the advantages of light weight,high strength and excellent heat preservation performance.Currently,it is widely used abroad in the form of the modular light steel frame low-rise housing,and has formed a mature design,production and installation system.If the technology can be applied to the construction of low-rise residential buildings in China,it will be beneficial to improve the industrialization degree of China's buildings and promote the development of green buildings.Therefore,this paper studies the light-steel module design and joint connection fabrication based on the existing modularization technology at home and abroad.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In this paper,the basic type of the modular light steel frame low-rise housing is studied,and the selection of its structural system is studied.Through the research of the living room module,restaurant module,bedroom module,kitchen module,bathroom module and stairwell module,a scientific flat-panel combination is adopted to combine the basic units of modular light steel low-rise residential buildings.Through the study of structural system selection,the “light steel frame structure system” is selected as the modular low-rise residential structural system,and “square steel pipe columns” and “square steel pipe beams” are selected as the light steel frame module structural components.(2)A new type of module connection fabrication-" internal sleeve on the bolt and bolt connection " is proposed.Based on the overall mechanical behavior and joints Stress condition of modular low-rise housing,the " internal sleeve on the bolt and bolt connection " of new module connection structure is proposed,the connection method has the characteristics of convenient construction and reliable connection,for different modules node,the connection structure of 2 modules,4 modules,6 modules and 8 modules was got.(3)In this paper,ABAQUS finite element program is used to simulate the structural response of nodes.By changing the thickness of the sleeve,the height of the sleeve,the thickness of the backing plate and the distance between the joints of the beam ends and the nodes,a total of 12 ABAQUS finite element models of 4 groups are established.Respectively under the monotonic static and low cycles loading system analysis of node failure mode,the failure mode,maximum bearing capacity and seismic performance of the joints are analyzed.The main factors the main factors affecting the force of the joints are determined,and the seismic performance of the structure is evaluated,which can be used as a reference for the design of the connection structure of the modules.From the above work,we can see that the "internal sleeve on the bolt and bolt connection" node has good stress performance and seismic performance,and can be applied to module connection of low-rise residential buildings with modular light steel frame;Increasing the thickness of the backing plate and reducing the distance between the connection point bolts and the nodes can effectively increase the bearing capacity of the joints.
