Fabricated modular building is a typical form of construction industrialization.It has many advantages in all aspects of construction,such as energy saving,environmental protection,quick building and recycling.But limited by key technology such as joint connection,the existing fabricated modular building is mainly used in low layer structure,and the height of construction is very limited.So the development of the modular architecture system is greatly restricted.Therefore,it is necessary to study the key technology especially the joint connection technology of the fabricated modular construction to break through the bottleneck and make it possible for the fabricated modular building to develop at a higher level.Therefore,in this paper,the mechanical properties of the joints for high rise fabricated modular building are systematically studied,and the main work is as follows:1.Experimental study on bending resistance of the beam-column joints in modulesBecause the size and form of the module unit are different from the traditional marine container,the full-scale experiment was carried out for the beam-column joints of the module,and its bending performance was analyzed.Through the comparison and analysis the experiment results of joints with rib and joints without rib,the influence of setting rib in the module was investigated on the aspects of ultimate flexural capacity and nodal rotational stiffness.And the finite element simulation corresponding to the experiments were carried out,and their working mode and failure mechanism were given,the accuracy of the result was also verified.Static test study of inter module nodes2.Static experimental study of joints between modulesThe connection joint between fabricated module is a new type of combinatorial joint,for examination of the performance of this joint in a manner by tension and shear load,the full-scale tests of connection joint,such as the tensile test and plane shear test,were designed and completed.Through comprehensive analyzing on the fine finite element model,the ultimate bearing capacities,failure modes and stress distribution of joints in all directions were determined.In addition,considering the multi force direction of the joints under the load,the tests on the combined effect of tension and shear were designed and completed.Based on the results,the performances of joints under design load were compared.3.Study on hysteresis test of joints between modulesOn the basis of static test of joints,in order to analyze its aseismic performance under low cyclic loading,a hysteretic test of in-plane and out of plane shear properties was designed and completed.According to the failure phenomena and collected data during the test,the hysteretic curves,skeleton curves and stiffness degradation laws were drawn.The key indicators such as ductility and energy dissipation coefficient of joints were calculated to evaluate the seismic performance of joints.
