With the development of science and technology and the maturity of measurement technology,the 3D profile measurement technology has been developed rapidly.Three dimensional measurement technology is widely used in mold manufacturing,industrial inspection,automatic processing and manufacturing,etc.There are many kinds of situations in scientific research and industrial production.It is necessary to transform the original mechanical parts into the 3D data model on the computer quickly and accurately.At present,many methods have been developed to measure the contour size,laser triangulation is one of the most widely used methods.In the auto parts processing,the parking pawl is used as a core component of automotive gearbox,its dimensional accuracy has a huge impact on transmission performance.At the same time,due to the complex appearance of the parking pawl,it brings great difficulty to the on-line measurement of the profile.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a fast and accurate measurement method for the on-line measurement of the parking claw.The measuring system designed in this paper is based on the principle of laser triangulation,combined with the principle of optical imaging,CCD image sensor is used to collect the image generated by the laser light source projected onto the surface of the claw.The 3D profile information of the measured object is obtained through image processing and calculation.In this paper,the measurement system is designed based on the principle of laser triangulation,and the surface profile of the measured car claw is obtained.In the process of image processing,the median filter is used to process the image.By using the method of least squares fitting to extract the center of line light source,the error of image processing is reduced.A precise,high efficiency and simple structure is designed for the on-line measurement system of the parking car claw.Finally,the error is analyzed and evaluated.In order to give a more detailed description of the measurement method and measurement process,attach a chart and table in the abstract.Figure one is the size of the parking claw,the second image is the image of the light source on the surface of the object.The content of the table is the arc radius and the error.
