In this paper,the construction method of large span box-type concrete arch ring is collected,and the design essentials and construction technology of large span box-type arch bridge for steel arch frame construction are expounded.The construction of steel arch has solved the problem of rapid construction,and the cost of the bracket is low and can be recycled.It is a sustainable construction method with high competitiveness.But due to large span steel arch,the structure is relatively soft,in the process of the arch ring construction,stress change obviously,structural system in the aspect of arch strength,stiffness and stability are difficult to meet the requirements,and in the process of points ring poured subsection arch ring,arch accumulation had a greater influence on the stress of arch ring.Therefore,according to the actual situation of engineering,the temporary support auxiliary steel arch is used for the engineering construction,but the design of the temporary support effect on strength,stiffness and stability of structural system have influence,at the same time of arch ring and ring poured subsection cumulative stress may also be affected.(1)In view of the split ring section support process of cast-in-situ arch ring stress is difficult to accurately model the problem,this paper proposes a three element method to simulate the arch ring construction process,at the same time,the only compression simulation of arch ring and support between stress relations,the beam end release bending rigidity wet weight,passivation of boundary conditions to simulate the concrete beam end stiffness release boundary simulation of concrete hardening,under a certain units classification accuracy is verified,the calculation results of the method is accurate.(2)Using the method of parameter,respectively to study the temporary support for the influence of the steel arch stress,mainly analyzes the different number of temporary support and temporary supporting height of steel arch construction process the influence of strength,stiffness and stability.(3)At the same time,the influence of different temporary support quantity and different temporary support height on the accumulated stress of the arch ring was studied.In the research process,the shrinkage and creep of concrete and the stress accumulation in the construction process of the arch ring section are considered.(4)According to different temporary support to force influence law of steel arch and arch ring,and puts forward the steel arch points ring section construction arch ring when the temporary support setting principle,provide a reference for similar bridge construction.
