With the development of high-speed railway, construction technology of railway bridge is also incessant improving Among them, the quantity and span of railway steel bridge increases continuously , the construction technology of large span steel bridge developed as well as. This thesis takes the 140m steel box tied arch through bridge on Wuhan to Guangzhou passenger special line as study object. The construction of this bridge is whole drag construction method. It is the first steel bridge which uses the whole drag construction method on high-speed railway. We need to do simulation calculation on the whole construction process. So that, we can guarantee safety and reliability of the construction process, guarantee the effectiveness of all components on the construction process and guarantee final linear and forced state of the bridge satisfies the design requirement.This thesis has do the simulation calculation during the construction process, with the use of large finite element software ANSYS. Firstly, three-dimensional finite element model of the whole bridge is established and assembling process of the whole bridge is simulated with the help of unit birth-death technique. Each assembling process of the whole bridge besides the span is analyzed and stress and deformation of structure on assembling process is calculated. Secondly, three-dimensional finite element model is established with the original design construction temporary supports during the drag process. Stress and deformation of structure is calculated in kinds of the worst conditions during the construction process. With the analysis of the whole construction process, a modified reasonable temporary support is given, according to the problems existed in initial plan. Thirdly, three-dimensional finite element model is established with the modified temporary support on the whole drag process.Stress and deformation of the structure is calculated under the worst conditions during the construction process. Calculation results are compared and analyzed with the two kinds of temporary supports. In addition, an analysis aimed at the key parts of the bridge, based on the spatial solid finite element model, is carried out, and a reasonable result is obtained. In this thesis, the construction process of 140m steel box tied arch through bridge is calculated and analyzed in detail. Stress and deformation of the structure is calculated on the construction process. Above has provided basis for construction control of the bridge. And it can guide the construction. It can also provide reliable evidences for steel railway bridge with the whole drag construction method in the future.
