The article is based on a disaster prevention and reduction prediction project,by caring out spot check to civil building and doing general survey to public buildings and we got the basic information of 599 buildings.Then finished the summary of these survey data and summed up the current situation of the town's buildings which can reflect other urban buildings in North China.Then this thesis chose an emergency building to carry on seismic performance analysis by introducing the stress mechanism of frame-shear wall structure?structure modeling based on sap2000,then carry on pushover analysis and dynamic nonlinear analysis,contrasted with the results that come from the two methods above,the results concluded the vertex displacement,plastic hinges and the stress of shear wall.Discussed the seismic performance of the structure through comparing the results of two analysis methods,we can have some conclusion.In the pushover analysis,the displacement of the structure under the unidirectional condition is greater than that of the two-way operation,but the situation of the time history analysis is different;In the time history analysis,when the structure under frequent earthquakes?fortification earthquakes and strong earthquakes,the plastic hinge and the shear wall stress are lighter than the structure in the static analysis;the plastic hinge appears on the connecting beam of the upper floor before the bottom;for one end of the beam connected to the shear wall and the other end to the column,the plastic hinge appears at one end of the shear wall first;The frame column between the two shear walls is more serious than the centrally placed frame columns;the floor with stiffness variation is also a weak link and the development of plastic hinges is faster.
