In the production and manufacturing process of the automotive products,all the statistical methods used in quality management are data-based,so the success or failure of quality management depends largely on the quality of the data used.It is precisely because of the excessive use of data in production,in order to ensure that the quality of measurement data can be improved,the need for in-depth analysis of the formation of different data measurement system.Thus,the measurement system analysis is explicitly presented.In this thesis,according to the relevant quality management system which involves the requirements of the measurement system analysis,the automotive production system used in the measurement system,to carry out measurement system analysis.The evaluation index and the algorithm of the measurement system analysis in the manufacturing process are analyzed and discussed.At the same time,the practical cases are combined effectively,and the operation steps and analysis points of the continuous and discrete strategy system are introduced.Relying on quantitative methods,the measurement system to evaluate the different characteristics of indicators,analysis and evaluation,and to take appropriate improvement measures.Relying on the effect before and after contrast,and then make the effectiveness of the measurement system analysis method to prove that to achieve the desired effect.For data processing,the thesis relies on the use of MINITAB software,making some complicated data calculation process can be simplified,making the measurement system analysis can be effectively used in the automotive enterprise.This thesis mainly studies the following contents:(1)Through the use of statistical theory,and then the measurement system analysis and evaluation of indicators,steps and methods for systematic analysis;(2)The continuous and discrete measurement systems are analyzed and studied respectively.MINITAB software is used to analyze the calculation formula is particularly cumbersome evaluation index,and then make the use of measurement system analysis becomes more and more easy;and(3)To improve the method,while comparing the results before and after the improvement,so that the effectiveness of measurement and analysis can be reflected.Based on the analysis of the results of the supplier's production process for an automotive company has been improved,but also improve the company's internal measurement of the measurement level of the measurement staff.Making the relevant departments of the company to improve the degree of awareness of the measurement system,but also can support for the other departments of the company.
