Since the UN Sustainable Development Summit passed the 17 Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)in 2015,hot issues such as social equity,cities and climate change have been taken as important concerns,especially the eleventh of them,"Sustainable cities and Communities "(SDG11)(proposed to build inclusive,safe,risk-resistant and sustainable cities and human settlements),China's urban development and construction have always insisted on putting ecological civilization construction in the first place,and " " Five in one " to build socialism with Chinese characteristics highlights the demand for a green ecological civilization city.Shanghai,located in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,is a very large city.With the continuous improvement of urban functions,it is also facing multiple pressures such as land resource constraints and lack of ecological recreation space,especially in the future..The Shanghai Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau relies on the " Shanghai Urban Master Plan(1999-2020)"," Shanghai Land Use Master Plan(2006-2020)"," Shanghai Basic Ecological Network Plan "," Shanghai National Economy and Society The Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Development(2011-2015)and other documents proposed the Concept Planning of Shanghai's Country Park Layout and Site Selection and Pilot Base.The key measures to achieve the overall requirements of "innovation-driven,transformational development",focusing on the promotion of large-scale recreation spaces and ecological environment construction focusing on country parks,are major strategic measures to promote the scientific development of cities,meet increasing social needs,and promote ecological civilization..This research is based on the ecosystem service function flow group theory,using the literature research method,space-time research analysis method,INVEST model analysis and comprehensive comparison method,and causality analysis method.The three country park planning areas in Shanghai are selected reasonably as research objects.Multi-scale research on system service functions.The main research questions are: 1.Since the construction of the Shanghai Country Park Planning Project,what is the land use change trend on the time scale,are there similarities and regularities? 2.Does the Shanghai Country Park Planning Project and its implementation have a positive or negative impact on the ecosystem service functions in the radiation range at different levels on different levels? 3.If it is a positive impact,can these impacts have a reference effect on the urban construction of Shanghai and even densely populated urban agglomerations such as the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei? If it is negative,how to stop loss and correct it in time? This study mainly acquired satellite image data of three representative country park planning areas in Shanghai,and used ENVI(The Environment for Visualizing Images)software to make land use changes in the three country park planning areas in the five years from 2013 to 2018.Detailed classification and comparison,and the research data was imported into the ecosystem service function analysis software INVEST-Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Trade-offs and processed,and the following conclusions were obtained: 1.Land use of Shanghai Country Parks.From the time scale,the overall trend between 2013 and 2018 is that land for buildings and roads is increasing,and land for water systems,farmland and forestry is slowly decreasing.Due to the implementation of favorable ecological environmental protection plans,natural resources in some areas Land use has increased slightly;2.Using the formula of land change dynamics,the trend of land use change clearly shows that areas with densely populated and developed areas increase in building and road land,water systems,farmland,and forestry land slowly decrease.Relatively dense Low-and low-development areas have increased land use for buildings and roads,and slower declines in water systems,farmland,and forestry land;3.Biodiversity and carbon sequestration capacity indicators of ecosystem services provided by Shanghai Country Parks 2013-In 2018,the rate has gradually decreased.Similarly,areas with relatively low population density and low development have a slower trend,while areas with dense and high development have increased land use for buildings and roads,water systems,farmland and forestry.Land use is slowly decreasing,and the trend is faster.4.Compared with the relevant data of Beijing Ecosystem Services Research,it can be seen that since the planning of Shanghai Country Parks,it has played a certain role in protecting the ecological environment from damage and degradation.
