Study On The Coordinated Development Of Intensive Use Of Cultivated Land And Ecological Security In Changchun

Agriculture is inseparable from cultivated land,which is the guarantee of agricultural development,an important national natural resource,and also provides a rich material source for human beings.The intensive use of cultivated land is related to the utilization efficiency of cultivated land,the economic function of regional cultivated land and the realization of agricultural modernization.Meanwhile,cultivated land is the foundation of food security.The ecological security of cultivated land is related to food security and the sustainable development of economy and society.At present,with the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the contradiction of more people and less land has not been solved thoroughly.In this context,the only way to ensure economic progress and sustainable development is to study the coordinated development of intensive utilization of cultivated land and ecological security.The main content of the paper is divided into four parts:The first part analyzes the temporal and spatial changes of cultivated land resources in Changchun City.Based on the data of land survey database and statistical yearbook of all districts(counties)in Changchun City,this paper studies the change of cultivated land area and the distribution of cultivated land in Changchun City from 2008 to 2017;In the second part,based on the analysis of time and space,the coordinated development model of intensive use of cultivated land and ecological security level is constructed.Taking Changchun City as the research area,the evaluation index system of coordinated development of intensive utilization of cultivated land and ecological security in Changchun City is constructed by selecting 7 index layers including input level,utilization level,output benefit,modernization level,ecological resource utilization,ecological environment level and ecological security response,and 14 rating indexes;The third part analyzes the coordinated development of intensive use of cultivated land and ecological security.In the research of this paper,the coordination degree and coordinated development degree model of intensive utilization of cultivated land and ecological security are introduced.Through calculation,the development level of intensive use of cultivated land and ecological security are studied,and the coordination degree and coordinated development degree of intensive use of cultivated land and ecological security are analyzed.The results show that:(1)in terms of the intensive use level of cultivated land,from 2008 to 2017,it first increased year by year and then decreased,but increased to 0.51,increased by 0.18 compared with that in 2017,but decreased after 2014;in terms of the ecological security of cultivated land,it increased from 0.10 in 2008 to 0.93 in 2017,indicating that the ecological security of cultivated land developed rapidly;from 2008 to 2014,the ecological security of cultivated land increased year by year The development of security is relatively backward.After 2014,the ecological security of cultivated land has been improved,and the development of intensive use of cultivated land is relatively backward,but in general,both of them have been improved.(2)Through the coordination degree model,it is calculated that the coordination degree of intensive use of cultivated land and ecological security in Changchun City in 2008 is 0.50,reaching a peak of 0.99 in 2014,rising by 0.45,but after 2014,the coordination degree has declined.In 2017,the coordination degree value is 0.83,going through the development stage of "primary coordination-intermediate coordination-high coordination".Although it has declined in recent years,it is still in a high coordination state.(3)Through the model of coordinated development degree,it is calculated that the coordinated development degree in 2008 is 0.33,which has gone through the development process of "coordinated decline-barely coordinated development-moderately coordinated development".The coordinated development degree in 2017 is 0.78,which indicates that the level of coordinated development of intensive use of cultivated land and ecological security in Changchun City has improved,and gradually improved in 2008-2017,which indicates that intensive use of cultivated land and ecological security in Changchun City The level of coordinated development continued to improve.Finally,in view of the actual situation in Changchun,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of the intensive use of cultivated land and ecological security: Based on the changes and future development trend of the intensive use of cultivated land and ecological security in recent ten years in Changchun City from 2008 to 2017,this paper focuses on strengthening the prevention and control of cultivated land pollution,promoting the construction of ecological civilization,improving the productivity of cultivated land,improving the system of cultivated land protection,reasonably increasing agricultural investment,promoting the intensive development of cultivated land,and paying attention to the cultivation of agricultural talents In order to improve the existing and possible problems of the coordinated development of intensive use of cultivated land and ecological security in the research area,the paper puts forward four suggestions to promote the coordinated development of farmers' education.
