Research On Coordinated Development Of Land Use And Eco-Environment

The extent and depth of land use continues to expand, although greatly pushed the development of human society, the ecological environment problems have become increasingly prominent such as idle land, decrease of cultivated land, fall of ecological environment quality, the unreasonable of land use structure. How to correctly handle the relationship between land use and ecological environment protection, has become the important problem to ensure the sustainable of economic development, and it has important theoretical and practical significance to research the coordinated development of land use and eco-environment. The paper aims at a simple intuitive and feasible method for quantitative study on the coordinated development degree of land use and eco-environment, on the one hand, to provide the basis for land use planning, and help people to have better understanding of the present resource status, ecological environment, the relationship of society and economy, so as to seek the protection countermeasures, and promote sustainable development.Based on analysis of background, purpose and significance, the paper summarized the progress of coordinated development which provides the theory basis for the research, and analyses the theories basic, including sustainable development theory, eco-economy theory, system theory and coordination development theory. The paper also analyses the impact of land use on eco-environment in the aspects of the construction land scale, infrastructure construction, land development and consolidation and ecological construction project, meanwhile analyses the restriction of eco-environment on land use from ecological factor, ecological threshold and landscape security pattern. The paper from land use and eco-environment, establishes the evaluation indexes system and uses coordinated development degree evaluation model to estimate the coordinated development degree, and analyses current situation and problems of land use and eco-environment in Zhengzhou City, meanwhile using the model to analyses the evolution of land use and ecological environment coordinated development degree in Zhengzhou City during2001-2010, and using GM (1,1) grey forecasting model to forecast the trends from2011to2015. Finally, seven cities of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration are saved as research object and analysis the coordinated development degree.The result of this research shows that: the type of land use and ecological environment coordinated development has evolved from barely into primary coordinated development class in Zhengzhou City from2001to2010, and the trends get better but is not high. And the coordinated development degree of Zhengzhou is in the fifth place in the seven cities. Finally the paper from changing the concept of development, strengthening the role of land use planning, establishing eco-compensation mechanism, advocating recycling economy, promoting the mine ecological environment construction, and increasing financial support to put forward the proposals, in order to promote the coordinated development on land use and eco-environment of Zhenzhou.
