Microspheres are a kind of profile control and water blocking products currently in use,can expand several times in a shorter time,after injection into the formation,it is easytoenter the deep part of the formation,these characteristics make microspheres as a profilecontrol and water blocking agent.Although the use of microspheres to improve oilfieldrecovery has become a basic technology,but the complex formation environment makes theuse of microspheres more and more restricted,the existing polymer microspheres absorbwater faster and expand faster in volume after encountering water,this affects the migrationof microspheres deep into the formation,the use effect and performance of microspheresareeasily affected by formation temperature,PH valueand water salinity,nanometermicrospheres are generally difficult to play a significant role.In order to solve the above problems,this paper analyzes the performance evaluation of micron plugging agent materials under CO2flooding.First measure the particle size and distribution characteristics of micron plugging agent;Then consider the influence of salinity,concentration and PH value on the expansion performance of micro plugging agent and the influence of rheological performance.Obtain the relationship between different PH value and solvent water salinity on the particle size of micron plugging agent and swelling time,the effect of hydration time on micron rheological properties,so as to select the best particle size of different types of polymer microspheres,the most suitable Concentration,and its best applicable range.In order to optimize the optimal material formulation,micron plugging effect and oil displacement effect were evaluated from the effects of micron plugging agent particle size,concentration and injection volume.The artificial physical model with cracks was used to study the seepage characteristics,reservoir adaptability and migration characteristics of different types of polymer microsphere micro-plugging agents under high temperature,high pressure and acid?CO2?conditions.Width performance evaluation and long core dynamic performance evaluation.The evaluation method of micron gas channeling prevention plugging agent formed in this paper has a good correlation with the parameters.Using the breakthrough timing of CO2flooding as an indicator,the optimal matching coefficient of the nano plugging agent suitable for the reservoir under different fracture parameter conditions can be determined.The research results of this paper have a certain guiding role in the screening of chemical blocking agents.
