The treatment of viscosity loss in polymer injection pipeline is the key link that restricts injection quality.Considering the use of pigging to clean single-well pipelines,it is necessary to study the PIG technology and construction measures suitable for single-well injection pipelines.According to the actual demand,this paper designed a bullet type pig,which can pass through the elbow,tee joint and other parts,and its material is polyurethane material,which will not cause damage to the polymer injection pipeline.It can effectively remove impurities in the pipeline,dredge the pipeline,reduce pipeline pressure loss,reduce pipeline viscosity loss,and ensure the transportation efficiency of the pipeline.In order to determine the pig can be designed on the feasibility of dirt removal in pipe,this article,through the simulation software of its movement in the pipe when the flow field in numerical analysis,analysis of pig in turbulent flow,the flow field of laminar flow conditions and different interference quantity under the condition of pig,the change of the velocity and pressure,the reasonable amount of interference,guide after the test.In addition,a pigging test bed was designed and constructed to judge the feasibility and reliability of the designed pig through specific tests.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the results.Finally,two single well injection lines were selected for pigging test to investigate the pigging capacity and cleaning capacity.The results show that the application of bullet-type polyurethane pigging in the treatment of viscosity loss of small diameter single well injection pipeline can reduce the viscosity loss by about 5% and keep it for a long time,and the pigging effect is obvious.It is helpful to control the viscosity loss of single well line,improve injection quality and reduce the cost of polymer flooding.
