In the main reservoir of Daqing oilfield,polymer flooding has ended,and the displacement targets have changed into class II reservoirs and class III reservoirs.Because of strong inhomogeneity and large difference between layers,the general injection method which is used could lead to poor producing degree and low oil displacement efficiency.The separated layer injection technology of ASP flooding can effectively solve the problem,improving the integrated development effect and the interlayer contradiction.If the water flooding or polymer flooding injection tools is used,the mechanical degradation rate of the ASP solution would be very large.Therefore,research and development of ASP flooding injection tools with high choking pressure difference and low viscosity loss is particularly important.In view of the above problems,this paper carried out the research on the ASP flooding partial pressure injection tool.By changing the internal structure of the depressing groove and optimizing the structural parameters,the economic applicability of the partial pressure injection tool can be improved significantly.In this paper,based on the original circular partial pressure injection tool,using FLUENT numerical simulation,new types of partial pressure injection tools have been designed.And through the pressure field,velocity field,turbulent kinetic energy distribution,apparent viscosity distribution and strain rate distribution,comparing the excellent performance of the two kinds of tools,the optimization model would be screened.Aiming at the new type of partial pressure injection tool,the orthogonal experimental design is introduced.The nine groups of four factors and three levels orthogonal test were designed with the structural parameters: the external diameter of the groove,the pitch of groove,the front groove angle and the back groove angle as the test factors.According to the numerical simulation results,combining the comprehensive balancing method and the variance analysis method,the optimal parameter combination of structure is determined.In addition,through the indoor experiment study,the pressure value and the viscosity value of the ASP solution that flowing through the new injection tool are determined.The effect law on the choking pressure difference and viscosity loss rate of the external diameter of the groove,the pitch of groove and the number of grooves are analyzed.Through the above research,it is fully proved that the new type of pressure injection tools has better technological performance and has important guiding significance for oil field production.
