Compound And Inject Surface Processing Technology Research And Applicate For Surfactant-polymer Flooding In Ma Ling Oilfield

ChangQing oilfield needs to improve the level of tertiary oil recovery technology.The Third north area of MaLing Oilfield is the first surfactant-polymer flooding test area in ChangQing.This article needs to analysis characteristics of surface system construction in test area and injection medium,then design compound and inject surface processing engineering.Polymer viscosity is one of the important factors which influening oil displacement effect.This article discuss how to keep viscosity of polymer as the core,get through analyses and experiments of polymer solution viscosity influencing factors to find the key points of surfactant-polymer compound and inject design.Such as during the process of polymer powder preparation,polymer powder under the need to guarantee the stability of the feeding quality and uniform mixing;In polymer compound injection system,the mechanical shear should be reduced;On the choice of water,we need to avoid all kinds of ions to reduce the viscosity of polymer solution;during the process of choosing pipeline,loss of viscosity and corrosion to pipeline should be consider,then choose economy and applicable pipes.All of the analyses and experiments provide sufficient theoretical basis for the process design.According to viscosity influening factors analysis conclusion,determined station construction mode,preparation process,solution mix mode,and ensure the process of water treatment,polymer dissolution,surfactant deploy,and injection.At last form the "ion exchange,fine filtering,low mixing,high pressure injection”process.This process has the characteristics of low viscosity,low energy consumption,and low labor intensity.For field operation parameters for the acquisition,through the analysis,found the problems existing in the operation process,it has made the evaluation process adaptability and find the solution,the dual drive field ground station running in good condition.
