Solid-phase microextraction?SPME?technology,as an essential part of modern scientific research of the pre-sampling technology,has been put forward for more than 20 years.With the development of the scientific research,the commercialized SPME equipment,restricted by its lifetime,swelling,and application area,cannot meet the need of analyzing.SPME fiber is the essential part of SPME,from that point of view,developing SPME fiber coating with high selectivity,high sensitivity,and high stability is the key to expand the SPME application field.Ordered mesoporous carbon?OMC?materials as a new type of mesoporous materials,which has a promising application in catalysis,electrochemistry,adsorption,have superb advantages of high specific surface area,high physical and chemical resistance,green nontoxic and etc.This work introduce OMC to the SPME extraction phase trying to improve the extraction efficiency,lifetime and stability performance of SPME.This paper mainly focus on the following three parts:First,optimized the fabrication condition of OMC.The optimal ratio of phenolic resin and soft template agent F127 was 1:1,dissolved in 8.0g ethanol and calcinated at 600?in the 99%nitrogen atmosphere.Various thickness of the OMC coating prepared via dip-coating method under the mentioned condition.The OMC powder possessed a surface area of664m2·g-1 with average pore size of 4.16 nm.The OMC was tightly connected with the stainless steel matrix.Secondly,explored the organic matter extraction selectivity of OMC coating fiber.Results show that OMC fiber has favorable physical-chemical stability with more than 200 times of usage.Also,OMC fiber preferred to adsorb compounds containing benzene ring.Finally,studied on the application prospect based on the extraction characteristics of OMC.In this work,OMC fiber,less capacity than ACF,but could extract varieties of fatty acid from oil samples.As to wine samples,series of higher fatty alcohol and ester could be verified by the adoption of OMC fiber,as the commercial carbon fiber does.To sum up,the OMC fiber possesses a wide extraction range from small molecule organics such as benzene series to large ones such as fatty acid,alcohol and ester,from polar to non-polar pollutants in environment system.This fiber has high mechanic strength,long life length and acceptable repeatability.It goes without saying that the OMC coated SPME fiber has a bright future in many research and analysis applications.
