Solid-phase microextraction?SPME?is a new type of sample preparation technology. This technology integrates sampling, extraction, enrichment, and injection. It eliminates the need for solvent extraction and can be used in conjunction with analytical instruments. It plays an important role in the analysis of trace components in samples. The conventional form of SPME is the coating of different fixed or adsorbent materials on the surface of quartz fibers to selectively enrich trace organics. The quartz fiber yarns of SPME are easily broken, the coating application temperature is limited, the complex matrix is prone to cause coating contamination, and the extraction head is expensive.Thin-film microextraction?TFME?is an extraction technique developed on the basis of solid-phase microextraction. The solid-phase microextraction membrane is coated with a solid phase microextraction coating material uniformly on a substrate, and the needle-shaped extraction coating is developed into a film-like extraction coating. This membrane coating has the same extraction principle as SPME.Changing the membrane area can adjust the adsorption capacity of the solid-phase microextraction membrane.TFME does not require special equipment, the membrane is easy to manufacture, the operating cost is low,and it can be used once, avoiding the analytical errors caused by coating contamination. This article synthesized a silicone modified polyethylene glycol type polyurethane, coated on aluminum foil made of solid phase microextraction membrane.Infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis were used to characterize the structure, morphology and thermal stability of the films.Combining membrane solid-phase microextraction with gas chromatography, detection of 16 PAHs such as naphthalene,acenaphthylene,acenaphthene,fluorine,phenanthrene,anthracene,fluoranthene,pyrene,chrysene,benzo?a?anthracene,benzo?b?fluoranthene,benzo?k?fluoranthene,benzo?a?pyrene,indeno?1,2,3-cd?pyren,dibenz?a,h?anthracene,benzo?g,h,i?perylenein the water. The enrichment factor of the solid-phase microextraction membrane for the 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was from 18.6 to 33.2,and the enrichment amount was 1.671.89?g/mm3.In the range of 0.055.0?g·L-1,the chromatographic peak heights and concentrations of 16 PAHs showed a good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficients were from 0.99390.9996.The detection limits of 16 PAHs in water were 1.314.87 ng·L-1 by thin-filmmicroextraction and gas chromatography.
