The water supply system is one of the key links in mine production.In recent years,numbers of safety production monitoring systems of large and medium-sized mining enterprises at home and abroad begin to develop and equip.At the same time,the overall production level of China's mining industry promotes quickly.It is the only way to realize the safe and efficient mine construction by speeding up the pace of modernization construction of water supply system.And also,it is extremely urgent of adopting a preferably effective method to the control of pipe network hydraulic pressure.Taking the background of water supply system of underground mine in Liaoyang into consideration,this article carries on the overall system design through the analysis of production status,which includes the hardware selection,software design and communication function.For the goal of realizing the real-time monitoring of the pipe network parameters,the article also raises a fine effect control strategy to the pipe network hydraulic pressure.Besides,the article develops the upper computer software for the underground mine water supply monitoring system.The control of pipe network hydraulic pressure is the key question in the study of water supply system.According to the nonlinearity,randomness,large inertia and hysteresis characteristic of water supply system,the article presents three kinds of control strategies,which are PID control,Fuzzy PID control and Fuzzy PID control based on Smith predictive control.Conventional PID control is difficult to obtain the satisfactory static and dynamic performance in complex system.Fuzzy control is suitable for solving the complex system with uncertain model.Smith predictor can eliminate the effect of hysteresis characteristic on the system stability.Firstly,the article provides the model of water supply system,designs the controller and carries on the simulated analysis of each control strategies.And then,the author takes emulation proof in the view of different model parameters and anti-jamming.Finally,the article obtains the conclusion that the effect of adopting Fuzzy PID control based on Smith predictive control is the best,which can improve the robustness and adaptation and indicate a certain application prospect in the industrial background as well.On the other hand,through analyzing the enterprise demand,this article raises the basic function of upper computer software and main information of database(by establishing the key fields of data table).The upper computer software is divided into eight functions,which are user management,communication,parameter setting,real-time curve,history curve,historical data query,abnormal data query and operating record query.In database,the article develops user management,parameter setting and layer parameter design modules,with the function of remote operation,data automatic backup and WEB publishing.The working condition of water supply system can be real-time displayed through the design of visualization client interface linked with the data in database.The development tool of client is Visual Basic 6.0,and the database platform is SQL Server 2008.
