Iron ore resources are particularly important at this stage,which play a vital role in the national economy.Drainage system is an important part of mine construction.However,the level of drainage system automation is low,the energy consumption is large and prone to overflow accident,which hinders the normal production of mines and the sustainable development of iron ore enterprises.This thesis is based on the practical project of an underground mine multi-stage drainage system.In order to improve the automation level of multi-stage drainage system,realize the safe and efficient operation and save the cost of enterprises,the control method of multi-stage drainage system is studied in this thesis,and the software development of PC is completed,which has a certain significance to the development of the whole mine.Firstly,the optimization strategy of multi-stage drainage system is studied,and the optimal dispatching model of multi-stage drainage system is set up to save production cost.For the goal of solving the model,this thesis raises the dynamic programming method.According to the actual water discharge and real-time electricity price,the strategy can realize the purpose of saving energy and reducing the consumption by rationally dispatching the water pump.Secondly,this thesis studies the decoupling control of multi-stage drainage system and uses PID neural network decoupling control algorithm for decoupling and uses MATLAB to verify the algorithm.The simulation results prove that the algorithm has good control performance and anti-jamming performance.This method will adapt well under the complex and changeable environment.The optimal control scheme of multi-stage drainage system for underground mine is proposed,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the control of multi-stage drainage system and has guiding significance for practical production.Finally,this thesis designs and realizes the software of the host computer.According to the performance requirements,the function and structure of the host computer software are designed.The design of the monitoring interface is realized by using the Visual Basic programming language.With the help of the SQL Sever database,the operation of the data is realized and the modules of the monitoring system are realized.The system runs stably and meets the needs of the multi-stage drainage system,and achieves the expected effect.
