With the rapid development of the petroleum industry,the focus of mining has gradually shifted to oil and gas reservoirs with difficult fractures and the ratio has continuously increased.Whether normal or unconventional oil and gas is drilled,well leakage is one of the more serious problems.In addition,fractured reservoirs are currently well-resourced reservoirs in the world,and reservoir fractures provide good seepage paths for wellbore seepage.In order to deal with the problem of well leakage,the site usually uses empirical methods to solve the problems.Although the measures applied in this method are good at the site,there are outstanding problems such as high blindness,large expense,and low efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the well-leakage problem.Therefore,it is necessary to clearly understand the cracks,accurately predict the crack width,and clarify the leakage mechanism;further studies must be conducted on the fracture-locking decision-making system to improve people's cracking.The understanding of the mechanism will eventually improve the practicality of plugging at the site and guide drilling efficiency.In view of the above issues,this paper comprehensively studies the geometric parameters of underground fractures and plugging leakage rules from the aspects of theoretical research,laboratory experiments and programming,so as to improve the practicality of the field.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Prediction of geometric parameters of downhole fracturesBased on the investigation of the characteristics of fractured well-leakage and the prediction of the geologic parameters of fractures underground,the fractures that lead to leakage are classified into natural induced leaks and induced leak-induced cracks.Based on the leakage characteristics of the natural leak-induced fracture model,first of all,the study of the single fracture was divided according to the suitability of the well pattern.In the study,the Griffiths model was combined with the approximate function,and a new solution method was obtained;According to the single-crack model,a double-crack model was established to optimize the design of the model.The relationship between the permeability of the fractures in the group was analyzed and the relationship between the crack width and the permeability of the group was obtained.Finally,based on the classic well production formula of well test wells,after making reasonable assumptions,the relationship between permeability and leakage rate is deduced,and the relation between permeability and crack width is substituted into the relationship between leakage rate and permeability to achieve double cracks and group fractures.The width of the forecast.For the study of the induced fracture width prediction,the oil fracturing model(PKN,CGD)for oil production increase was studied.The research results show that the improved Griffiths method has significantly improved both the applicability of the field and the solution speed in the prediction of the crack width of the natural leak-induced cracks.(2)Based on the indoor experiment of cracking leakage plugging lawIn view of the leakage of fractured formations,a newly fabricated stainless steel long wedge-shaped crack module was used to more closely simulate the actual situation,and a fracture-missing bridge experiment was conducted.Under the premise of a given crack width,the bridges of different grain-size materials were compared.As a result,a correction standard for main bridge particles D90 was proposed.The results of the study show that the use of newly revised D90 rules for bridging material selection ensures that the material will smoothly enter the cracks and form a solid bridge.(3)Research on Fracture Plugging System Based on J2EE ArchitectureBased on the previous research and prediction model,using the Eclipse software development platform,under the framework of MVC,Hibernate,Spring,etc.,combined with the MySQL database,developed the "fractal leakage leakage plugging technology intelligent decision support system" software,for the first time put forward the natural leakage The prediction of the width of the joint and the width of the induced leak-induced joints are introduced into it,so that the well-drainage analysis and plugging technology of the fractured formation provides a more comprehensive and scientific...
