This paper analyzed the stratigraphic characteristics, sedimentary characteristics, lithologic characteristic and physical characteristics of reservoir deeply based on block's existed geological data and production status. The reservoir lithology was mainly composed of glutenite, pebbly sandstone and feldspar glutenite. The vertical pore types of reservoir were mainly primary intergranular pores then with gnamma hole and grain fracture. The degree of fracture development was obviously affected lithology rather than the increasing depth. This paper grasp the stratigraphic characteristics, sedimentary environment and lithology, porosity and the sensitivity of physical characteristics by analyzing its lithology and physical property development.In order to provide accurate geological material and data support for the configuration of sand, plugging agent and construction technology of this block.On the basis of the geologic characteristics of sandstone and fracture, the technical researches on the temporary-plugging sand washing and plugging matching technology were carried out to study the powder temporary plugging technique, inject certain amount of powder temporary plugging on the surface of lithology to form a rather thick composite coating on its interior and surface with automatic dissolution, blockage removal, high success and no damage to the oil layer and then solve the operation problems including the recycle, hard sand washing and polluted oil layer of absorption well through the laboratory studies and the theory design of sand cleaning fluid. Furthermore, by studying the bridge plug and mating cement slurry system, the modifier, retarder, expansive agent and fortifier were applied to optimize the laboratory studies so as to improve the performance of cement slurry with adjustable curing time, well expansiveness and concretion strength along with high viscosity, then to comb a complete set of scientific and effective well plugging technique of sand production leakage.
