A Preliminary Study On Ecological Compensation Mechanism Based On Regional Coordination And Sustainable Development

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the continuous improvement of productivity,the human ability to transform nature has been continuously enhanced,and the impact on the ecological environment has been increasing.While seeking economic growth,the ecological environment problem is becoming more and more serious,which seriously affects the sustainable development of mankind.Especially for developing countries like China,facing the development of social productivity and the double pressure of ecological environment protection,how to seek a balance between development and ecological environment is an urgent problem to be solved in.While ensuring economic development,the trend of worsening ecological environment can be alleviated and gradually improved to provide support for sustainable development.Our country is also a vast country,regional development imbalance is outstanding,for the underdeveloped regions due to protect the ecological environment has lost a lot of development opportunities,further widening gap with developed regions,regional harmonious development is also facing a big problem in our country.In this context,the ecological compensation mechanism is not only an economic means to protect the ecological environment,but also plays a role in coordinating regional development.Based on this,this paper studies the elements of ecological compensation mechanism to provide ideas for constructing ecological compensation mechanism in line with China's national conditions.First of all,through the interpretation of the concept of ecological compensation and the research results of domestic and foreign related theories,it lays a foundation for the establishment of ecological compensation mechanism.Secondly,this paper studies the ecological compensation practices in developed countries,such as foreign countries and Europe,and makes an in-depth interpretation from the perspectives of the elements of ecological compensation,and draws on its successful experience.Then the third chapter,to our country in recent 40 years in the ecological environment protection and subsequent ecological compensation practices,from the legislative,administrative system,factors of three aspects are introduced,and sums up the successful experience and shortcomings,for the advice of the ecological compensation mechanism in the fourth chapter consummates our country provides practical support.The fourth chapter is the core of the full text chapters,in the first three chapters,under the guidance of research conclusion through the author's deep thinking,from the legislation construction,space main body responsibility,economic system,the management system of industrialization and marketization of ecological compensation,ecological five aspects,this paper expounds the ecological compensation mechanism in our country to the overall framework.It basically includes the constituent elements of the ecological compensation mechanism and forms a complete set of mechanism.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect,summarizes the viewpoint of this paper and the deficiency of the research,and further looks forward to the future development of ecological compensation.
