Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Coordinated Development Of Environment And Economy In Tibet Autonomous Region

Since the first industrial revolution,the global economy has been developing rapidly and people's living standards have been improving.Environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Global warming,the destruction of the ozone layer and the impact of biodiversity on the safety of human life.Environmental protection has been on the agenda since then,becoming an indispensable part of production and life.At the same time China is faced with two goals in one hundred important moment,to realize the first target of Tibet as the only a concentrated in poor areas,so as to realize the goal of build a well-off society in an all-round way,and out of poverty to overcome a difficult task,pressure of economic development,the pressure is growing on the environment.After more than 30 years of development in Tibet,the ecological environment has been deteriorating.In the face to 2020 to build a well-off society in an all-round way with the pressure of reality and as the national important under the background of ecological security barrier,ask Tibet always attaches great importance to the coordination of economic development and environmental protection.This paper studies the coordinated development of Tibet's economic development and environmental protection in six parts.The first part introduces the background of the study,as well as the research ideas,framework and methods of research and research at home and abroad.The second part deeply understands the current situation of economic development and environmental protection in Tibet,and analyzes the relationship between them.The third part analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by economic development and environmental protection in Tibet on the basis of accurately grasping the current situation of economic development and environmental protection in Tibet.The fourth part analyzes the coordination of economic development and environmental protection in Tibet between 2006 and 2015 by using the coordination degree and coordinated development model.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the countermeasures for the coordinated development of economic development and environmental protection in Tibet.The sixth part summarizes the article and puts forward the expectation of future research.In this paper,based on the above research train of thought,the coordination of economic development and environmental protection in Tibet has carried on the empirical research,found in nearly a decade of Tibet's economic development andenvironmental protection coordination from the very beginning of extreme coordination after rapid economic growth,appear not harmonious;After the implementation of ecological safety barrier construction,the economic development and environmental protection of Tibet began to show a coordinated trend.In order to ensure the common development of Tibet's economic development and environmental protection,it has neither affected economic development nor caused environmental damage.This paper proposes a series of countermeasures.Hope this article about Tibet's economic development and environmental protection coordination problem for Tibet's economic and environmental protection coordination development and even offers a new thinking direction for Tibet to build a well-off society in an all-round way,a part for the construction of socialist new Tibet.
