Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Ecological Environment In Gaotai County

This paper systematically studies the ecological environment protection in Gaotai county and the existing problems of ecological environment and ecological environment protection were analyzed.In order to ensure the continuous improvement of the ecological environment in Gaotai county,establish a sound and long-term construction management mechanism,standardized,regularized and institutionalized of ecological environment protection work,This paper puts forward the basic principles and ideas of ecological environment protection in Gaotai county,as well as measures and measures to strengthen ecological environment protection.The conclusions of this paper mainly include the following aspects:(1)Ecological environment of Gaotai county was relatively fragile,there exists soil loss and water of the south Qilian mountain shallow mountain area was increased year by year,the central oasis wetland area was reducing,northern desert area was expanding trend of prominent problems;But the atmospheric environment,water environment,soil environment and sound environment are relatively safe;Solid waste disposal rate was high and waste discharge was basically standard.The resource and environmental factors that restrict regional development have low resource utilization and more catastrophic weather.(2)Through the analysis and development of the regional advantages of Gaotai county,the environmental protection objectives were determined.According to the superior ecological resources,the construction of good infrastructure,the construction of a grain producing county,agricultural production areas,key ecological functional areas,Moreover,strict evaluation system and critical value were set up from environmental quality,environmental pollution control and rural environmental indicators.(3)The ecological environment of Gaotai county was partitioned and corresponding development planning and protection countermeasures were put forward.The ecological environment protection type was mainly divided by the ecological functional area and the main functional area,and the protection idea was put forward according to its basic characteristics.A series of specific protective measures were put forward in the ecological environment of the black river wetland,the drinking water source,the desert vegetation sealing protected area,the urban area and the industrial concentration area.We will ensure the implementation of all measures from the aspects of scientific and technological support,organizational leadership,supervision and assessment,financial security,institutional guarantee and public security.
